Results: Causes of airway obstruction of the children with OSAHS were as follows: 86 cases adenoidal hypertrophy, 80 cases hypertrophy of tonsils, 38 cases nasosinusitis, 24 cases hypertrophy of nasal turbinate, 20 cases allergic rhinitis, and 3 cases deflection of septum.

结果：OSAHS儿童的气道阻塞原因为：腺样体肥大86例，扁桃体肥大80例，鼻窦炎38例，鼻甲肥大24例，变应性鼻炎20例，鼻中隔偏曲3例，分泌性中耳炎11例。

Methods:318 children with OSAHS without antiaditis in the recent one year and without deflection of nasal septum, rhinitis, posterior naris stenosis, tongue body hypertrophy and etc.

对经睡眠监测诊断为OSAHS的318例儿童，所有患者均近一年来无扁桃体炎病史，并已排除鼻中隔偏曲、鼻炎、后鼻孔狭窄、舌体肥大等其他因素所引起OSAHS。

We choose 20 cases of fungal rhinosinusitis who were treated in our department between the year 2007.4 and 2008.4 as our study group and 5 cases of purely nasal septum deviation as control group.
