第一天刺激的部份就这样，其他部份就没什麼了，从Dolt Tower到El Cap Tower是两个5.9及一个5.6的绳距，我们到达El Cap Tower大是傍晚七点，中途我们没停下来吃午餐，只在确保是吃一些能量棒。
