At present, all the P-Y curve methods recommended by the referring code demand using geotechnic parameters C_u (three-axle undrained shear strength) and ε_50(the strain value that is equal to a half of the difference stress in the undrained triaxial compressing test). Moreover, we must do the complex and expensive triaxial geotechnic experiment to get those two geotechnic parameters, so they restrain the P-Y curve method from using comprehensively.

但目前国内外有关规范推荐的P-Y曲线均需用到土工参数C_u和ε_(50)(三轴不排水压缩试验中最大主应力差一半时的应变值)，而获得这两个参数需要进行比较复杂且费用较高的土工三轴试验，限制了P-Y曲线法的广泛应用。

Performance prediction of the pump when transporting water and salt solution is also studied.Results are compared and analyzed with experimental data.6.The salt-out flow field is measured on three dimensions by Particle Image Velocimemter via radial and axial two test models.After image processing, velocity distribution of crystal particles in the pump is obtained.Particle flow field is visualized to reveal the particle motion law intuitionally.

Design NUP (Figure 1.21d) is installed as a locating bearing to sustain frequently reversing axial forces.

How to ensure this new structure to be in elastic state under frequent earthqu ake, be mendable under design earthquake and not collapse under infrequent earthquake, especially the last item, is the problem to be solved imminently in engineering field. Center around this problem, 5 aspects of investigation are carried out as following:(1) The experiment of seismic performance of ASCCs in this new frame structure has not been reported, in order to study this problem, 9 ASCC specimens with shear steel plate are tested subjected to the horizontal low cyclic loading, in which, the shear span ratio is 3 and axial compression ratio is different. The hysteretic curves of 9 specimens are obtained. The seismic performance indexes such as energy dissipation, stiffness degradation, strength degradation, skeleton curves and ductility of this kind of column are acquired, and the seismic fortification measures including ultimate values of axial compression ratio under different seismic degree are suggested.

1新型框架结构中所采用的角钢混凝土柱抗震性能的试验研究尚未见报道，针对这一问题，本文进行了9根剪跨比为3、不同轴压比、采用钢板箍的角钢混凝土柱在水平低周反复荷载作用下的试验研究，获得了9根试验柱的滞回曲线，考察了该类柱的耗能、刚度退化、抗力衰减、骨架曲线及延性等抗震性能指标，建议了角钢混凝土柱在不同抗震等级下的轴压比限值等抗震构造措施。

We initiated a genetic screen for Drosophila olfactory genes by means of SG18.1-Gal4/UAS system: The result validates our screen as an rapid, effective approach for recovering genes controlling glomerular map patterning; From a misexpression screen of 1,515 P{GS} lines, we identified 23 genes that, when forcibly expressed in the olfactory receptor neurons, disrupted the stereotyped anatomy of the Drosophila antennal lobes; These genes, which have not been shown previously to control olfactory map development, encode novel proteins as well as proteins with known roles in axonal outgrowth and cytoskeletal remodeling.

本文首次利用SG18.1-Gal4／UAS基因筛选系统对果蝇嗅觉基因进行了筛选和鉴定：结果表明，所采用的方法可以快速、有效地分离到果蝇嗅觉相关基因；从1515株果蝇P{GS}品系分离到86株突变体，其中40株有明显表型，从中鉴定了23个基因，这些基因在ORN强迫表达时可以损坏果蝇嗅叶的固有结构；在筛选中发现的一些调节嗅觉图谱发育的基因可以编码新蛋白或编码参与轴突生长和细胞骨架重塑的蛋白；为了便于研究，根据基因的功能和所编码蛋白的特点，我们对分离到的基因进行了分类，即参与轴突引导和突触产生、调节转录、调节细胞骨架和功能未确定或未知的基因；并通过对嗅觉感觉器的检测发现，除了调节转录的基因外，其他基因对触觉器的数量和分布影响不明显。
