In this chapter the author expounded the origin of the concept of Free-form generators, pointed out that it is the certain result of the development of synchronous multi-axis CNC technology, explained the basic principle of the machining of extended epicycloid bevel gears on Free-form generators and the methods for both hardware and software implementation.

论文第2章是全文的基础，在这一章中，作者论述了Free-form型机床概念的由来，指出它是多轴联动数控技术发展的必然结果；阐述了Free-form型机床加工延伸外摆线锥齿轮的基本原理及其软硬件实现方式；将机床控制系统分解为包含两根虚拟主轴的有两组独立联动的八轴八联动系统；建立了Free－form型机床的数学模型；推导了展成运动速度、加速度及高阶加速度的表达式，为后续的理论分析奠定了基础。

We calculate the angles between the P axis and the T axis of two focal mechanism solutions in 3 dimensions, and take the sum of two angles as the distance. By using the system cluster method, the classification of focal mechanism solutions has been carried out.

In the device, a four-post frame was adopted, two synchronously rotating grip holders were used to realize rigidity rotation of the specimen, and the axial movement of the upper grip holder implemented the tension/compression loading. Positioning accuracy in the axis, radial and circumferential directions were achieved by adopting many advanced and delicate technologies. Measurement on the device indicated that the actual positioning accuracy of the device was better than the kinematic positioning accuracy. Evaluation test on the system indicated that the spatial resolution is better than the pixel size without considering the noise.

该装置采用了四柱式框架结构，采用上下夹头同步转动实现试件相对于框架的刚性转动；上夹头作相对于框架的轴向运动实现对试件的加载；在加载和转动装置中采用了诸多高精技术，实现了试件高精度的轴向定位、径向定位和刚性角度定位；对装置的精度检测表明其实际的定位精度优于运动学定位精度要求；对系统的计量考评初步表明，系统不计噪声的空间分辨率优于X射线CCD的像素10.9μm。

The axially symmetric torsion of rigid circular shaft of varying diameter embedded in an elastic half space is studied by line-loaded integral equation method, where the problem is formulated by distributions of fictitions fundamental loads PRCHS (point ring couple in half space) along the axis of symmetry in interval of the shaft and is reduced to a one-dimensional and non-singular Fredholm integral equation of the first kind and is easily solved numerically.

弹性半空间；本文用线载荷积分方程法研究嵌在弹性半空间的刚性变直径圆轴的轴对称扭转。利用将"半空间的点环力偶"这一虚的基本载荷沿对称轴的圆轴区间中分布就能使本问题归结为一个一维的非奇异的Ferdholm第一种积分方程，且很易用数值求解。文中给出刚性圆锥，圆柱，圆锥柱嵌在弹性半空间的扭转的数值计算的例并和他人的已知结果相比较。

The second chapter is the main part of this paper, in which the formulation of the Riemann boundary value problem of non-normal type on the real axis, the solution method of homogeneous problem, the relation between the two kinds of different derivatives and the inhomogeneous problem will be thoroughly given. In this paper, the solution and the solvability of the Riemann boundary value problem of non-normal type on the real axis will be given. Furthermore, it is shown that the twokinds of derivatives of the function Ψ are existing and equivalent in the case ofthe solution about the original problem, therefore, we get uniformly Hermite interpolatory polynomial. The relation between the two kinds of different derivativesof the function Ψ are similar for smooth closed contours by means of the same proof.

第二章是本文的主要部分，分别给出了实轴上一类非正则型Riemann边值问题的提法、齐次问题的解法、两种导数的关系及非齐次问题的求解，本文运用杜金元教授[11]的方法获得了实轴上非正则型Riemann边值问题的封闭解及可解性条件，且在问题可解的情况下论证了函数Ψ的非切向极限导数和Peano导数存在且相等，从而获得了统一的Hermite插值多项式，同样关于封闭曲线上非正则型Riemann边值问题，采用本文论证方法证得了函数Ψ的非切向极限导数和Peano导数存在且相等，从而较好地统一了[10]、[11]中的Hermite插值多项式。
