The results are as follows:(1) The morphological investigation indicated that the nectaries werelacked on the main nervation, calyx and bract of cotton line 97014 comparedwith TM-1. Alveolate hollow was absent at main nervation of the mature leaf.Results of cytological analysis showed that 97014 lacked nectariferous structure.Where nectary inserted were parenchyma cells, cupped structure and brownnectariferous substance on the lower epidermis were not found.

主要研究结果如下：(1)以棉花无蜜腺品种97014与有蜜腺棉花遗传标准系TM-1为材料，进行形态学比较研究，结果表明棉花无蜜腺品种97014叶片中脉、花萼和苞叶上都缺少蜜腺，成熟叶片叶脉、花萼和苞叶上均无蜂窝状凹陷；组织与细胞切片观察发现，97014缺少蜜腺组织结构，在蜜腺着生处为排列整齐的薄壁细胞，且在下表皮看不到凹陷的组织结构和褐色的蜜腺分泌物。

A few epidermal hairs distributed on the Costa of Lonicera Japonica Thumb. The upper epidermis of Solidago decurrens Lour were covered with sparse stellate hairs. The stomas distributed on the upper epidermis hairs of Lonicera Japonica Thunb, Lonicera confuse and Solidago decurrens Lour, which could reflect the sunlight and decrease the transpiration to adapt the highlight and drought environment;(2) The leaf blades of Polygala japonica butt were fleshy, and the sunk stomas distributed on both the sunk place of the upper epidermis and lower epidermis, which help to water conservation.

结果：(1)忍冬、华南忍冬、黄花草下表皮均分布浓密的表皮毛，忍冬上表面中脉有少量表皮毛，黄花草上表皮分布有稀疏的星状表皮毛，忍冬、华南忍冬和黄花草的气孔位于下表皮毛间隙，这种结构可反射阳光和阻止水分蒸发，从而适应强光和水分不足的环境；(2)瓜子金叶片为肉质叶，上下表面均有气孔分布，并出现明显的下陷。

Further comparison of the vascular bundle sheath sclerenchyma cell deterioration in separate plants infected with an additional four CTV isolates, CTV-2, T-TX8, T-TX9 and T-TX24 showed that there were significant differences in scleranchyma cell deterioration in principal lateral vein, midvein, petiole, and healthy control with all four CTV isolates (P=0.000 1, F=80.60, df= 47). Healthy plants had no such sclerenchyma cell deterioration.

CTV-2、T-TX8、T-TX9 、T-TX24等另外4个柑橘速衰病毒株系分别侵染后，主支脉、中脉、叶柄维管束鞘厚壁细胞的衰退与对照差异显著(P=0.000 1， F=80.60， df= 4，7)，健康植株厚壁细胞没有退化。
