Number of differentially expressed proteins was 72.00±12.34 between colon carcinoma and paired normal tumor-adjacent colon tissues.

结果 建立了结肠癌及正常肠组织的双向凝胶电泳图谱，其中癌旁正常结肠组织和结肠癌组织电泳图谱中平均蛋白质点数分别为860±45和980±28；癌旁正常结肠组织和结肠癌组在IEF方向上的平均偏差分别为(0.487±0.11)mm和(0.654±11)mm，在SDS-PAGE方向上的平均偏差分别为(0.944±0.12)mm和(1.20±0.22)mm，结肠癌与癌旁正常结肠组织的差异表达蛋白质点数为72.00±12.34。

In addition, peaks at 950 cm^(-1), 1010 cm^(-1), 1100~1600 cm^(-1) also exhibit obvious difference compared with normal gastric mucosa, which shows that deoxyribose and bases are changed due to broken of DNA.

实验结果表明，胃粘膜正常组织DNA中有稳定的磷酸骨架；肠化组织基因组DNA拉曼特征峰在1090 cm^(-1)处谱峰强度低于1050 cm^(-1)处谱峰强度，表明其磷酸骨架变得不稳定，其它位置的谱峰与正常组织相似；腺癌组织基因组DNA拉曼特征峰在1090 cm^(-1)附近出现双峰，其相对于1050 cm^(-1)处谱峰强度更强，提示DNA有可能出现断链并再次形成了稳定的磷酸骨架，在950 cm^(-1)、1010 cm^(-1)、1100~1600 cm^(-1)波段的特征谱峰与正常组织DNA相比变化也较大，说明脱氧核糖和碱基可能由于DNA断链也随之改变。
