Methods The clinical data of 96 cases received laparosxopic ureterolithotomy and 62 cases received open ureterolithotomy were retrospectively analyzed. Operating time, amount of bleeding during operation, recovery of intestinal function after operation, the operation cost, aching degree after operation, total cost of hospitalization and complications were compared between group A and group B.

回顾分析腹腔镜输尿管上段切开取石术96例及开放性输尿管上段切开取石术62例的临床资料，比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后肠功能恢复情况、术后下床活动时间、术后住院天数、住院总费用、术后疼痛程度、术后并发症等指标。

Results 96 patients were successfully operated with Luohu's vaginoplasty, 3 cases were conversed to sigmoid colon vaginoplasty with laparotomy, 1 patient was operated with laparoscopic ileum vaginoplasty.

结果： 100例手术中，3例中转开腹改行乙状结肠阴道成形术，1例行腹腔镜回肠阴道成形术，余96例完成腹腔镜腹膜阴道成形术。

Results The absorption rate constants of zingerone were 0.0137, 0.0135 and 0.0139 min^(-1) at the concentration of 25.0, 50.0 and 100.0 μgmL^(-1), respectively; Ka of zingerone in the duodenum, jejunum, ileum and colon were 0.0070, 0.0031, 0.0032 and 0.0026 min^(-1), respectively.

The analysis of the 16S rDNA sequence indicated that the two strains, CW-02 (accession numbers: AY703031) and CW-03 (accession numbers: AY703031) belonged to the genus Desulfotomaculum (Peptococcaceae, Clostridiales, Clostridia, Firmicutes, Bacteria), and their similarity with D. nigrificans and D. aeronauticumd was 98%.

Analysis of the 16S rDNA sequence allowed strain CW-04(accession numbers: AY703033) to be classified as a representative of a new strain of the genus Desulfotomaculum, Desulfotomaculum aeronauticumd (Bacteria, Firmicutes, Clostridia, Clostridiales, Pep-tococcaceae) whose similarity is 99%.
