In order to understand the mechanism of the insecticidal fraction F3-28 from the extract of Periploca sepium bark. The effect of F3-28 on the activities of protease, trypsin-like, chymotrypsin-like, lipase and amylase of the 5th larvae of Mythimna separata and Agrotis ypsilon were studied.

为了研究杠柳根皮中主要杀虫活性成分F3-28的作用机理，以载毒叶碟法饲喂小地老虎和东方粘虫5龄幼虫，分析试虫中肠摄食F3-28后蛋白酶、类胰蛋白酶、类胰凝乳蛋白酶、淀粉酶、脂肪酶的活性变化。

AIM: To analyze the clinical value of closed gut lumen pressurized perfusion in the detection of anastomotic leakage.

摘要目的：探讨Dixon术中肠腔封闭式加压灌注在预防吻合口瘘中的临床意义。

目的 检测生活污水中肠菌群对当常用抗生素是否有耐药性方法采集南宁市琅东污水处理厂初沉池中的水样，用管发酵法分离其中大肠菌群，采用药敏试纸扩散法，检测了分离出来的大肠菌群对七常用的抗生素包括青霉素、红霉素、庆大霉素、阿米卡星、先锋霉素Ⅴ、先锋噻肟和氨苄西林的耐药性。

To acquire more information about gene expression at the whole-genome scale,our lab and National Engineering Center for Beijing Biochip Technology worked together and constructed the first genome-wide oligonucleotide microarray of the silkworm.This microarray was used to detect gene expression of 10 tissues/organs,including midgut,integument,head,hemocyte,testis,ovary,anterior/median silk gland,posterior silk gland,fat body and malpighian tubule.In this study,we performed analysis of these microarray data and confirmed the reliability of the results.

为了在全基因组水平上获得基因表达信息，本实验室与生物芯片北京国家工程中心合作，共同定制完成了世界上第一张家蚕全基因组寡核苷酸基因芯片，并利用该芯片对家蚕5龄第3天幼虫的中肠、体壁、头、血液、精巢、卵巢、前中部丝腺、后部丝腺、脂肪体、马氏管这10个组织中的基因表达谱进行了检测。
