MATERIALS AND METHODS The clinical data of 47 cases of patients Underwent laparoscopic adrenectomy and 10 cases of patients underwent open adrenalectomy were analyzed retrospectively.

回顾分析47例腹腔镜肾上腺髓质脂肪瘤切除术和开放肾上腺髓质脂肪瘤切除术的临床资料，统计分析这两种术式在手术时间、术中出血量、术后肠功能恢复时间、术后住院时间及并发症发生率等的差异。

In conclusion, the results of multilevel model analysis showed that the GERD score of resident in Wuhan was relatively higher and had significant difference with that in Guangzhou, however, that in Shanghai, Beijing and Xi\'an had no significant difference compared with that in Guangzhou. That is to say, the prevalence of GERD in Wuhan was relatively higher compared with the other four survey sites; the residents'health status more worse, the GERD score more higher, and the influence of health status on GERD score was also effected by the region difference between Wuhan and Guangzhou; residents lived in rural region with lower education level, worse spirit status were more likely to suffer from GERD; Moreover, those residents who had family history of GI tumors or other GI diseases, some anamneses (such as dyspepsia, gastritis, rheumatic arthritis), and some diseases (such as irritable bowel syndrome and aerophagia) were also more likely to report GERD. However, no significant association was found between GERD and some other factors in this survey, such as sex, age, etc.

总之，多水平模型分析结果显示，与广州相比，上海、北京和西安居民的GERD总评分没有明显的差异，而武汉居民的GERD总评分则相对较高，即表示武汉的GERD发病率在5个调查城市中相对较高；居民的总体健康状况越差，其GERD总评分越高，且其对GERD总评分的影响受到武汉与广州之间地域差异的影响；农村居民、文化程度越低、精神状况越差者更容易患GERD；另外，那些有胃肠道疾病或肿瘤家族史，既往患有胃炎、消化不良、风湿性关节炎，现患有肠易激综合征、吞气症的人，患GERD的可能性更大，而性别、年龄等因素，本研究未发现其与GERD有显著的关系。

The results indicated that the prevalence of GERD in Wuhan was highest among these five sities; those residents lived in rural region with lower education level, family history of GI tumors or other GI diseases, worse health status and spirit status were more likely to suffer from GERD; Moreover, those residents who had some anamneses (such as dyspepsia, gastritis, rheumatic arthritis), and some diseases (such as irritable bowel syndrome and aerophagia) were also more likely to report GERD.

结果表明，在调查的五个城市中武汉的GERD发病情况最重；农村居民、文化程度越低、健康状况和精神状况越差者，以及有胃肠道疾病或肿瘤家族史的人更可能患GERD；而那些既往患有慢性胃炎、消化不良、风湿性关节炎，现患有肠易激综合征、吞气症的人，同样也更可能患GERD。

Allantois and surrounding tissues of 8.5 day post coitum embryos, the hindhut and surrounding tissues of 9.5 dpc and 10.5 dpc embryos, the gonadal ridges and surrounding tissues of 11.5 dpc and 12.5 dpc embryos were collected and digested with 0.25%pancreatin-0.02%EDTA, then the cells were cultured in the plastic petridishes which are pretreated with 0.1% gelatine.

实验方法：取胚龄8.5 d胎鼠尾端尿囊及周围组织，取胚龄9.5~10.5 d胎鼠后肠及周围组织，取胚龄11.5 d，12.5 d胎鼠生殖嵴及周围组织，分别经0.25%胰酶-0.02%EDTA消化并接种于0.1%明胶包被的培养皿中。

Result:there are 22 cases in this group ,ratio of occurring is 4.5%. pdge occurred in 19 patients with 6 to 12 days and 1 patients with 5 、14 、15 days after surgery. 20 patients recovered with medical therapy and were discharged by 20 days. an erroneous diagnosis occurred in 2 patients (operated on 1 patient and join together was not narrow.anther 1 was mistaken as part intestines conglutination and block of anastomose gob after gastrectomy.)and also recovered with medical therapy by the extension stay in the hospitals time.

结果：本组共发生功能性排空障碍22例，发生率为4.5%，发生于术后第6--12天共19例，第5天、14天、15天各1例。20例病人经保守治疗20天内痊愈出院，2例因误诊(其中1例再手术，术中未见吻合口梗阻；另1例误诊为胃术后部分肠粘连，吻合口梗阻)延长住院时间亦经保守治疗痊愈出院，胃功能恢复时间平均17.1天。

The levels of schistosome circulating cathodic antigen in serum and urine were detected parallelly by McAb-Dot-ELISA. In 81 acute cases, the positive rates in serum and urine were 96.30% and 66.67%(P＜0.01) but the combined positive (positive in serum and／or in urine) rate reached 100%, while in 109 chronic cases, they were 77.06% and 10.09%(P＜0.01) but the combined positive rate was not increased. In 100 healthy individuals from non-endemic areas, no positives were detected in serum and urine with false positive rate of 0%. The cross reaction rates in serum and urine of 51 cases with clonorchiasis were 9.43% and 0% but all were 0% in 48 cases with ancylostomiasis.

提要 应用McAb-Dot-ELISA平行检测血吸虫病人的血清和尿样(浓缩20倍)中日本血吸虫肠相关趋阴极循环抗原。81例急性血吸虫病患者的血清和尿样的阳性率分别为96.30%和66.67%，而血清和尿样组合检测的阳性检出率提高至100%。109例慢性血吸虫病患者的血清和尿样的阳性检出率分别为77.06%和10.09%，组合检测的阳性检出率没有提高。100份健康人的血清和尿样的假阳性率均为0%。54例华支睾吸虫病患者的血清和尿样的交叉反应率分别为9.43%和0%。48例钩虫病患者的血清和尿样的交叉反应率均为0%。

其中骨髓炎骨外露6例，肌腱外露4例。供区直接缝合或植中厚皮片。结果：术后皮瓣完全成活，个别病例术后较臃肿，待二期将皮瓣修薄。结论：应用腓肠神经营养血管逆行岛状皮瓣修复小腿中下段及足部创面的临床效果可靠，手术操作简便，不牺牲小腿主要血管神经，对足部影响较小，便于推广开展。
