Objective:to investigate the effect of damage control surgeryin the theatment ofacute mesenteric ischemia.methods: a retrospective analysis was made on clinical data of eight cases with ami treated by dcs from june 2006 to december 2007.results: operations were immediately performed in all eight patients with ami after final diagnosis,including six cases treated with different limitation of enterotomy; five with temporary abdominal closure and exteriorization of intestine,three with abdominal closure of venous nutrition transfusion container; seven with two-stage operation in different means.five cases survived or improved three died, one of which died two months after discharge due to short bowel syndrome.conclusion:it is very difficult to treat the ami patients owing to the restriction of technology and equipment.

目的：探讨损伤控制外科在治疗急性肠系膜缺血疾病中的应用。方法：对2006年6月~2007年12月应用dcs理念指导救治的8例急性肠系膜缺血疾病的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：对8例急性肠系膜血管缺血疾病均于确诊后立即手术探查，其中6例做了不同范围的肠切除；5例做暂时关腹术加肠外置，3例用静脉营养输液袋关腹；7例进行不同方式的二期手术。本组5例痊愈或好转出院；3例死亡，其中1例为短肠综合征出院2个月后死亡。结论：在治疗急性肠系膜血管缺血疾病病人的治疗中，在许多医院因设备和技术等条件的限制，处理十分困难。

Results The recovery time of bowel sound was 8-112 h (M=28 h) in the treated group and 16-24 h (M=46 h) in the control group, with a significant difference P=(0.0001. The time of anal exsufflation in the treated group was 2-116 h (M=56 h), and 24-147 h (M=82 h) in the control group, with a significant difference (P=0.0001). The electroenterogram revealed that control activity, continuous response activity and contractive electrical complex were significantly stronger in the treated group than in the control group.

结果 187例经观察(治疗组93例，对照组94例)，肠鸣恢复时间治疗组为8～112h，中位时间为28 h，对照组为16～124 h，中位时间46 h，有显著统计学意义(P=0.0001)；肛门排气时间治疗组为22～116 h，中位时间56 h，对照组为24～147 h，中位时间82 h，有显著统计学意义(P=0.0001)；肠电图显示治疗组各检测肠段的电控制活动、连续反应电活动波、收缩电综合波均显著增强。

Methods 26 patients with gastrocnemius spasticity after stroke were randomly divided into ultrasonic group and control group. The stretch therapy was used in the two groups, and the continuous ultrasonic wave therapy was added on ultrasonic group for 4 weeks. The scores of modefied Ashworth scale, the ratio of Hmax and Mmax, and the fascicle length of gastrocnemius pre and post treatment were observed and compared respectively in the two groups.

26例脑卒中后腓肠肌痉挛的患者随机分为超声波组和对照组，两组在给予腓肠肌牵张治疗的基础上，超声波组采用超声治疗仪对患侧腓肠肌进行连续超声波治疗4周；比较治疗前后两组改良的Ashworth量表评分、胫神经H反射的最大H波和M波比值、腓肠肌肌束长度。

Results Forty patients with Crohn's disease, seen women and 33 men, underwent DBE, and the ileum was inestigated in 38 patients. There were 25 cases of ileitis, 2 of colitis, and 13 of ileocolitis. Jejunal lesions were found in two and ileal lesions proximal to the terminal ileum were found in 24 patients with Crohn's disease. DBE was superior to radiological study to detect aphthae, erosions, and small ulcers in the ileum.

结果 通过双气囊小肠镜检查发现的40例克罗恩病患者中女性7例，男性33例，其中对38例患者进行回肠检查。25例回肠炎，2例结肠炎，13例回肠结肠炎。2例有空肠病变，24例回肠病变发生在末段回肠。

Irradiative injury was induced using 60Coγ ray. EbD polysaccharide was administered by clyster once a day for two weeks. Fourteen days later, the mice were sacrificed and about 2-cm segment of duodenum, jejunum and ileum were dissected respectively for crypt survival assay. The contents of intestinal mucosal protein, DNA and diamine oxidase were determined.

采用60Coγ射线一次性全身均匀照射建立小肠辐射损伤模型，相应灌胃用药2wk后，测定小鼠肠段的肠腺存活率百分比和二胺氧化酶含量，检测肠黏膜蛋白质和DNA含量，肠组织中SOD活性和MDA含量，血清中TNF、IL-4、IL-6水平。

与圈养大熊猫相比，放归大熊猫在放归一周后，肠道正常菌群中优势菌群仍为肠杆菌(大肠杆菌、产气肠杆菌、变形杆菌、沙门氏菌、小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌)，肠球菌和乳杆菌，但细菌数量即开始发生了一定变化，表现在肠球菌数量明显增加，乳杆菌数量明显减少，肠杆菌数量有轻微减少，到采样后期，肠球菌数量超过肠杆菌；另外，放归大熊猫粪样中芽抱杆菌和酵母菌的检出率较高，分别为60%和40%。

Methods After Candida albicans were inoculated into the specific pathogen free mice, the total amount of Candidas in cecum and the amount of which attached to the mucosal membrane were counted at different interent intervals. The lymphocyte proliferation in Peyer's patch and in lamina proper was shown by BrdU incorporation, meanwhile B cells isotype switch in PP was investigated. IgA plasma cells were shown by immunohistochemical staining. Specific IgA antibodies to Candida albicans were measured with ELISA.

采用无特殊病原菌动物经口喂入白念菌，在不同时相处死后，观察肠内白念菌总数及肠粘膜表面白念菌粘附数量；取肠系膜淋巴结做白念菌选择培养，观察移位体内发生率；采用Brdu体内掺入显示局部粘膜淋巴细胞的增殖情况；流式细胞计数潘伊尔氏结细胞表面IgA阳性率；免疫组化染色后计数固有层中IgA浆细胞数量变化；ELISA法测定肠粘液中特异抗白念菌IgA含量。

In conclusion, our studies indicated that, by reducing the concentration of corticoid, increasing the GH concentration, dietary glutamine could maintain the N balance in the body, induce the intestinal glutamine extraction from blood, maintain the glutamine store in muscle tissue and plasma, decrease the glutamine flux from muscle tissue and protein catabolism. As the key fuel of intestinal mucosa and lymphocytes, exogenous glutamine maintained the intestinal structure, function and the CD4〓/CD8〓 ratio. In addition, glutamine normalized the SIgA containing cells'quantity and distribution through stimulating the IL-6 gene expression.

综合分析本研究的试验结果，我们认为，日粮中的外源性Gln可通过降低断奶应激后血清中皮质醇浓度，升高生长激素的浓度维持体内N的平衡，降低肠粘膜细胞从血浆中摄取的Gln，减少骨骼肌蛋白质的分解，维持骨骼肌和血浆中Gln浓度，维持淋巴细胞亚群中CD4〓/CD8〓比例；提供肠粘膜细胞能源和代谢的前体，维持肠粘膜正常的屏障结构和功能，通过刺激IL-6的表达，维持肠粘膜中SIgA分泌细胞的数量和肠道的局部免疫功能，并最终提高断奶仔猪的生产性能和抗病能力。

The minor core protein s C-encoding gene of Muscovy duck reovirus was cloned into theprokaryotic expression vector pET32a. The recombinant plasmid pET32a-s C was amplified andextracted after being transformed into E.coli DH5a competent cells. Restriction analysis withEcoRⅠand SacⅠand sequences analysis indicated that the recombinant plasmid was inserted withcorrect open reading frame. The fusion protein about 50 ku was produced after induction with 0.15mmol/L IPTG of E.coli competent cells transformed with pET32a-sC. The SDS-PAGE andWestern-bloting test indicated that the fusion protein reacted with the convalescents sera of duckinfected with Muscovy duck reovirus. The indirect ELISA method was developed by using thepurified fusion s C protein as coating antigen. The optimal concentration of s C was 5μg/ml, thedilution of serum sample was 1:40; The results showed that preparation of an ELISA by using sCas coating antigen in detecting 50 field duck sera in comparison with the AGIP were more sensitiveand specific than agar gel immuno-diffusion AGIP test. The results suggest that presence ofantibody against viral protein sC in duck may be a good indicator by the sC-ELISA for detectionof duck infection with reovirus.

同时，本研究将编码外壳蛋白σC的基因克隆于原核表达载体pET32a上，经过EcoRⅠ和SacⅠ双酶切鉴定和序列分析后，得到阳性重组质粒pET32a-σC；将阳性重组质粒pET32a-σC转化到大肠杆菌BL-21感受态细胞中进行诱导表达，经SDS-PAGE和Western-blbtting检测分析，融合表达的蛋白能够与番鸭呼肠孤病毒感染的康复鸭血清发生特异性反应；将融合表达的蛋白纯化后作为包被抗原，建立了检测鸭血清中呼肠孤病毒抗体的间接酶联免疫吸附试验检测方法，此方法中抗原的最佳包被浓度为5μg／ml、标准阳性血清的最适稀释倍数为1：40倍，用此方法对50份鸭血清样品进行检测，并与琼脂糖凝胶扩散试验检测抗体的法相比较，证明此ELISA方法具有良好的特异性和敏感性，本研究为今后鸭呼肠孤病毒诊断试剂盒的研制奠定了基础。

These results implied that the insecticidal mechanism of F3-28 might be related with the activation of the protease ,especially trypsin-like in the midgut of the larvae.
