In order to detect the expression of N5, N10-methylene-tetra hydrofolate reductase gene in Epstein-Barr virus transformed human B lymphoblast, as well as the cDNA sequence, human peripheral blood was transformed by EBV to build B lymphoblast cell line. Total RNA was isolated from the cell culture. Variant segments of MTHFR cDNA were amplified using RT－PCR protocol and analysed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.

In this study, we use a sample of 186 firms in Taiwan that have export ratio for at least 10 percent in the sample period to examine their exchange rate exposures and the effect of usage of currency derivatives on currency exposures. In the determinants of exchange rate exposure, we find that exchange rate exposure is positively related to the foreign sales ratio, firm size and quick ratio.

研究结果表明：1、高中生性知识相对贫乏，高中生掌握得较好的概念依次是月经、卖淫、受精、分娩、性变态；掌握较差的概念依次是性激素、性爱抚；对妊娠、遗精、卵巢、睾丸等概念的掌握的程度大致相当。2、高中生性心理表现为：性意识发展迅猛，主要表现在对异性的极大关注和向往，约有17.7%、17.2%的男、女高中生渴望与异性交往；约54.1%、42.2%的男、女高中生愿意与异性交往，并且这种异性交往的愿望随年级升高有上升趋势，并且随着年级的增加，同一年级中男、女生渴望交往愿望的性别差异也在增加；性情感稳定性不高，约37.7%和32.7%的男女高中生谈过恋爱，目前仍有9.8%和10.9%的男女高中生正在恋爱。
