Experimental accuracy and repetition of FBG temperature sensitivity and compensation were discussed.have selected several materials which has bigger coefficient of expansion to do packaging components, have made many temperature experiments, there have not flaws, such as aging, crackle, absciss layer, packaging materials have good temperature sensitivity and compatibility with optical fiber;have designed the simple and practical packaging components, have performed a serials of experiments about accuracy and repetition of FBG wave-length, have obtained the first step conclusion;have analyzed the result and made comparison between the result of different experiment, have summarized the best packaging effect and several rules to reduce mistskes.

本文所做的主要工作包括以下几个内容：一、选取了常见的热膨胀系数大的材料制作封装元件，经过多次一80℃到80℃反复测试，封装元件没有出现老化开裂、封装裂纹、空洞、离层等缺陷，封装材料具有良好的温敏稳定性及复用性，与光纤相容性较好；二、对光纤光栅进行简单、实用的封装处理，就封装效果的优劣性、波长测量的准确度、重复性和封装时产生的波长损失等方面进行了一系列的实验，得出了初步的结论；三、对温敏和温度补偿式封装的实验数据进行了详细的分析和对比，从数字上对温变过程中光纤光栅中心波长的改变及温变曲线进行了定量的分析，在大量实验数据分析结果的基础上，总结出哪种材料封装效果更好，以及如何有效的减小实验误差。

The model correctly predicted and explained the effect of cooling rate and warming rate on the intracellular ice formation during the cooling and warming process. The cooling and warming rate which can realize vitrification and avoid devitrification was gained. This is to say, when the cooling rate is not less than 400℃/min and the warming rate is not less than 500℃/min, intracellular ice formation can be avoided.

模型预测和解释了降温和复温过程中冷却速率和复温速率对胞内冰形成的影响，同时提出了成功实现脐带血干细胞玻璃化的降温速率和复温速率应不低于400℃／min和500℃／min的结论。

To investigate the pollution levels, occurrence and distribution of estrogens, six estrogens in the surface sediments of Wenyuhe River were analyzed quantitatively by GC/MS following ultrasonicated extraction including diethylstilbestrol, estrone(E1),β-estradiol(E2), 17α-ethynylestradiol(EE2), estriol(E3), and β-estradiol 17-valerate. Six estrogen concentrations ranged from 0.39-36.6ng/g and the mean concentration was 10.2ng/g.

The results show that not only the growth of C. wenyujin in lime soil is possible, but also the biomass, yield of medicinal part, the content of oil from the tuber and its medicinal components are higher than those from red soil. The C. wenyujin from lime soil quickly assumes etiolation during initial growth period. Surprisingly, the lusty leafs of C. wenyujin planted in red soil turn to pale and brown flecks occur in the leafs with the fertilization of N, P, K. It is concluded that C. wenyujin can be planted in lime soil; C.

结果表明：温郁金不但可以在石灰土上生长，而且其药用部位的产量、莪术油的含量及莪术油中主要药用组分β-榄香稀等的含量都较大；石灰土上生长的温郁金在生长前期较快地表现出老叶明显发黄的缺肥症状，而红壤植株在追加N、P、K 3种大量元素后功能叶子呈现黄白色，且夹带有褐色斑点的缺肥症状；石灰土中Fe元素有效态含量比红壤低一个数量级，但在石灰土上种植的温郁金植株其Fe元素含量并不比红壤上的低。

首先，本文从理论上对坩埚下降法生长碲锌镉单晶体中的成核、Zn分凝、几何淘汰生长与温场等关键性问题进行了讨论，对在生长过程中可能出现的各种缺陷类型和形成原因进行了详细分析，提出了碲锌镉单晶体生长过程中Cd空位缺陷控制原理及方法，并针对坩埚下降法生长特点自行设计了两区域独立加热管式生长炉，获得具有较好线性分布的温场。

The results show that the construction of the railway has an obvious effect on the warm steppe,but the characteristics of community,such as the coverage,ecological dominance and species richness of communities have been improved after its natural restoration,and some species,such as Elymus nutans,Aconitum gymnandrum and Thermopsis lanceolata,play an important role in the restoration communities.An assistant measure taken by human beings will benefit to the restoration.There is no any evidence of exotic invading plants in the restoration of the warm steppe in the study area.

结果显示，青藏铁路修筑过程对铁路两侧一定区域的温性草原有较大影响，但随着受影响区域植被的自然恢复，群落盖度、生态优势度和物种多样性等反应群落特征的指标都有一定程度的改善，一些在原生植被中很少出现或伴生种在恢复后的群落中有可能成为群落的优势种或建群种，如露蕊乌头和鹅绒委陵菜等；人为辅助措施将有利于受损植被的恢复；修筑铁路过程中受到影响的温性草原其恢复过程中尚未出现外来入侵植物。
