The hydraulic in this design is a general beam-column type one, which is made up by the mainframe, electrical system and hydraulic system. It can be operated by autoloading fashion, manual fashion or spot moving fashion, to achieve the following process: sliding down rapid; sliding down slowly; adding pressure; keeping pressure; removing pressure; the low hydraulic tank work out; the low hydraulic tank untreading.

本设计中的液压机属于梁柱式一般用途液压机，主要由主机、电气系统和液压系统等三部分组成，采用半自动、手动和点动三种操作方式，能实现以下几个工作过程：滑块快速下行；滑块慢速工进；加压成型；保压延时；卸压回程；顶出缸顶出；顶出缸退回。

结果表明，超声波辅助提取最佳工艺条件为：超声功率600 W、提取温度53℃、液料比8：1、超声波提取70 min，回流提取120 min，齐墩果酸得率为3.000 mg/g；XDA-1型大孔树脂对齐墩果酸具有较好的吸附和解吸效果，最佳纯化工艺条件为上柱液浓度0.794 mg/mL，吸附流速0.5 mL/min；以90%浓度乙醇洗脱，洗脱流速1.0 mL/min，纯化后得提取物中齐墩果酸纯度可达26.55%。
