In our studies,sludges composting was used as object, fluoranthene was on behalf of PAHs,and methods included dynamic sampling,room analysis,sludges' composting,leaching of soil column,and room culture were employed. The main contents include:the concentration and the distribution of PAHs in municipal sludges in Jiangsu Province,effects of composting on the concentration of PAHs in municipal sludges,the physicochemical properties of water dissolved organic matters in sludges before and after composting,effects of sludges composting and DOM on the desorption-leaching and eco-toxicity of FLT in polluted soil,and primary investigation of mechanism on same phenomena.

本论文以污泥堆肥为原料，以荧蒽(fluoranthene，FLT)为PAH的代表，采用动态取样、室内分析、污泥堆肥、土柱淋滤和室内培养等方法，系统研究了江苏城市污泥中PAHs的含量以及分布模式；堆肥对污泥中PAHs含量的影响；污泥堆肥前后水溶性有机物的理化性质特征变化；污泥堆肥对污染土壤中FLT解吸-淋滤、以及生态毒性的影响，并对有关现象进行了机理探讨。

After extraction by ethanol and purification by cationic ion-exchange column, a method of using reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography and precolumn derivatization with o-phthalaldehyde and 9-fiuorenylmethylchloroformate is employed for determination of free amino acids in tobacco . This method assures that amino acids with amino and imino groups can be determined simultaneously. The results of duplication experiment and recovery experiment are acceptable.

本试验用乙醇提取烟叶中的游离氨基酸，并用阳离子交换树脂纯化，再用邻苯二甲醛、氯甲酸芴甲酯联合柱前衍生、反相高效液相色谱分析测定了烟叶中的游离氨基酸，该方法能同时测定烟叶中的带氨基和亚氨基基团的氨基酸，并且分析方法的重现性和回收率均令人满意。

According to the distribution rule of interbedded drift angle in buildings and variational rule accompanying change of stiffness characteristic value, the paper puts forward the advice about how to differentiate normal structure story in structure design drawings and the influence factor which should be considered. The author also advances his opinion and suggestion about how to judge the rationality of stiffness arrangement of frame-column and shear wall in frame-shear structure.

A method combining HPLC, a post-column derivation device and a fluorescent detector was used to determine residues of ten carbamate pesticides （aldicarb sulfoxide, aldicarb sulfone, oxamyl, methomyl, 3-hydroxy carbofuran, aldicarb, propaxur, carbofuran, carbaryl and methiocarb） in 68 vegetable and 32 soil samples under four different cultivation systems （traditional kailyard, open field vegetable base, green house and paddy） were collected from a certain city in South Jiangsu.

本研究采用高效液相色谱-柱后衍生-荧光检测法分析了苏南某市4种不同种植方式下（传统菜地、露天蔬菜基地、大棚蔬菜基地和水稻田）68个蔬菜样品和32个土壤样品中10种N-甲基氨基甲酸酯类农药（涕灭威、涕灭威砜、涕灭威亚砜、杀线威、灭多威、残杀威、克百威、3-羟基克百威、甲萘威和灭虫威）的残留量，结果表明在蔬菜中检出的氨基甲酸酯农药残留水平多处于0.2～23μgkg^-1，土壤中为0.1～10μgkg^-1；土壤中3-羟基克百威和灭虫威全部检出，其最高检测浓度分别为10μgkg^-1和1.64μgkg^-1，其他农药仅有少数检出。

By the infiltration test of soil column, the author concludes that Cr and As has the following migration patterns by dynamic researches. 1 The absorption and migration of Cr and As in loessial soil relate to content of mucilaginous grain.

Two times hydrolyzation of Fe~(3+) and Cr~(3+) was firstly pointed out in the process of pillar preparation with hydrothermal method. In order to improve the thermal stability, Fe/Cr-Si-pillaring agent solution was synthesized by hydrolyzing Fe~(3+) and Cr~(3+) solution on the surface of silica sol, and Fe/Cr-Si-pillared montmorillonite (Fe/Cr-Si-PILM) was prepared with conventional method and hydrothermal method. Because the technical innovation of preparation is the best way to improve the PILM properties, two novel methods (Microwave method and Ultrasonication method) have been studied to synthesize Fe/Cr-PILM.In order to expand PILMs new application in the field of coal conversion, catalytic activity of Fe/Cr-Si-PILM catalyst in LongKou lignite and ShenHua coal residue liquefaction was discussed and characterized in the last part of this paper.

研究证明：蒙脱石的预处理是可行的，我们以预处理后的Ca-M为原料，研究并优化了PILM的水热法制备工艺，提出了金属离子的二次水解法；为了提高PILM的热稳定性，我们自制了硅溶胶，合成了Fe／Cr-Si三元复合柱化剂，并制备了Fe／Cr-Si-PILM；在PILM合成中，制备技术的革新是改进PILM性能的重要方法，为此我们探索了微波合成法和超声波合成法在制备Fe／Cr-PILM中的应用；最后，我们选择龙口褐煤和神华煤液化残渣为研究对象，探索了Fe／Cr-Si-PILM催化剂在煤炭液化中的应用，希望能开拓PILM应用的新领域。
