Steel moment-resisting frames with welded beam-to-column connection were traditionally regarded as having excellent performance, and widely adopted in steel constructions, but this opinion changed after the 1994 Northrige earthquake and the 1995 Hyogoken-Nanbu earthquake. These earthquakes also arouse engineers to resurvey the behavior of end-plate connections. It is well known that end-plate connections have definite flexibility, which can increase damp, prolong period, and decease swing of structure. So it can reduce the damage, and is one of the best choices for resisting earthquake.

At first in the preliminary design this paper computes the linear damping coefficient of the viscous damper employed in this project using Composite Response Spectra approach, meantime, this paper proves that reducing the exponent of velocity of the piston can increase the magnitude of the dissipative energy, because of the viscous damper employed in the practical project character nonlinear behavior; next this chapter performs analysis and comparison between the building without and with the viscous dampers aforementioned when the building suffers from various Time Domain Response, from the angle of displacement, interstroy drift, velocity, interstory velocity, acceleration, energy, maximum axial force of the dampers and of the column etc., in order to prove that the incorporating the viscous dampers into the buildings has great superiority on enhancing its aseismic performance ; furthermore, this chapter also expatiates on diverse assembly form of the viscous dampers that results in the adverse impact on the internal force of the structural member in this building, on the ground of which this segment bring about the preference of the assembly form of the viscous damper; finally this chapter points out the sphere of application of the analysis and computation using Composite Response Spectra approach in design: it is available in well-proportioned stiffness structures and isn抰 available in the structures that contain weak story. It is recommendable, particularly, to incorporate the fluid viscous dampers into this structure that contain weak story to refrain earthquake and reinforce, such as the Central Hall of Shanghai Exhibition Hall.
首先使用了反应谱分析法设计出欲附设的粘滞阻尼器的线性阻尼系数,由于实际工程所用的粘滞阻尼器具有非线性的特性,故而笔者又证明了降低速度指数对提高粘滞阻尼器的耗能量的优势所在;接着分别从位移、层间位移、速度、层间速度、加速度、能量、最大阻尼出力和柱轴力等不同的角度对结构在附设粘滞阻尼器前后的时程反应进行了分析对比,籍此在实际工程中证明了附设粘滞阻尼器对于提高结构的抗震性能的优越性;再者,笔者还阐述了采用不同的粘滞阻尼器布置方式对结构中构件内力特别是柱轴力和基座竖向反力产生的不利影响,并在此基础上提出了布置方式的优选;最后,指出了反应谱法在设计中的适用范围:对于均匀结构反应谱法能够使用,而对于含有薄弱层的结构反应谱法并不适用;对于类似于上海展览馆中央大厅的含薄弱层的结构尤其值得使用粘滞阻尼器的方法进行抗震加固。

Isolations of the s.aureus insoluble peptidoglycan:(1) the s.aureus insoluble peptidoglycan was gained by cold, hot and hypersound affection repetat of s.aureus(ATCC25923);(2) the s.aureus insoluble peptidoglycan was gained by 10% trichloracetic acid, 5% trichloracetic acid,NH4HCO3 buffer with trypsin digestion of s.aureus(ATCC25923) in order. 2. Isolations of the s.aureus soluble peptidoglycan and quality control:(1) the s.aureus soluble peptidoglycan was released by short dose benzylpenicillin sodium and purified by sephadex G-100.(2) The quality control in the process of isolation: the soluble peptidoglycan was detected by SLP reagent kit; the LPS was detected by kinetic turbidimetric limulus test;and the protein was detected by improved LOWRY reagent kit.

Three protozoa (Bodo edax, Colpoda cucullus, Amoeba proteus) were isolated from soil. The porous simulation with glass bead, soil column and root box incubation experiments were made to study the association of protozoa movement with phosphorus translocation and its influencing factors. The effects of protozoa on corn growth and corn straw mineralization were also involved. The results showed that protozoa movement in glass bead column was greatly controlled by the pore sizes. Bodo edax, about 5-7 m, could pass through the pores of 28-20 11 m in diameters. Colpoda cucullus (30-60 m) could move through the pores of 155~116 m. However, no Amoebaproteus(100~150 m) was found in the effluents from all the columns. All the three protozoa made 32P redistribution in soil column.
本研究利用土壤中常见的3种原生动物(梨波豆虫Bodo edax、僧帽肾形虫Colpoda cucullus、大变形虫Amoeba proteus),通过玻璃珠孔隙模拟、土柱及根箱培养试验,研究3种原生动物运动与磷素运移之间的关系及其影响因素,以及原生动物对玉米磷素营养的影响,同时对3种原生动物在玉米秸秆分解中的作用做了初步的探索,研究结果表明:原生动物的运动与孔隙密切相关,Bodo edax(5~7μm)能够穿过28~20μm孔隙,Colpoda cucullus (30~60μm)只能穿过155~116μm的孔隙,而Amoeba proteus(100~150μm)不能从玻璃柱中流出。

Solute diffusion controlled solidification model was employed to simulate the columnar to equiaxial transition of TiAl alloy casting. The simulation results show that solute shock wave occurs when the diffusion fields of columnar and equiaxial dendrites meet.
