Simulation result of the experiment shows that unloading and recovery process of PTCS is not consistent with the local stress redistribution and concentration.It can be divided into four phases:1.local stress unloads first in the middle of PTCS;2. stress continues to unload near the incident bar.3.Stress continues to unload near the transmission bar,the first and second layer PT buckling rumple disappear;4.the whole PTCS vibrates elastically.

对具体冲击实验的数值模拟结果表明：相变柱壳的卸载恢复过程在柱壳结构中是不均匀的，伴随着壳体局部应力释放和局部应力集中，可以分为以下四个阶段：1、柱壳中部发生弯曲变形的壳体应力首先释放，2、靠近入射杆端的壳体应力继续释放，3、靠近透射杆端的壳体应力释放，第一层与第二层相变屈曲皱褶消失，4、柱壳整体弹性振动。

The fluid flows and heat coupled calculation method is used. The standards two equations turbulence models, velocity and pressure coupled arithmetic are used.According to the results of numerical simulation analysis the local coefficient distribution changes along the pin fins.Study the effection that its height and shape of the pin fins have on the average Nu and the average number of pressure loss coefficient Eu.The circle-shaped and elliptic-shaped pin fins have different circumcolumnar regional,therefore the mixed conditions are effected.

数值计算中采用标准双方程湍流模型，速度压力耦合算法；根据数值模拟的结果分析沿扰流元的局部换热系数分布变化，研究其扰流柱高度及形状对扰流柱通道平均努赛尔特数Nu和平均压力损失系数Eu的影响，圆形和椭圆形扰流柱的绕流尾涡影响的区域的不同对扰流柱群内流体混合状况的影响。

SUMMARY A more accurate steady drillstring tension-torque model has been established by taking into account of drillstring, wellbore condition , drilling operation and drilling parameters. This model has been used in scientific calculations of directional and horizontal wells, such as determing the friction factor between wellbore and drillstring, calculating the hook load and rotating torque, ckecking the strength and stability of drillstring, optimizing well trajectory, computing the WOB while drilling by downhole motor and predioting the maxinum allowable length of horizontal section.

综合考虑钻柱、井眼环境、作业过程和作业参数的影响，建立了更完善的钻柱稳态拉力和扭矩模型，并将其应用于确定钻柱与井壁的摩擦系数、计算大钩负荷和转盘扭矩、校核钻柱的强度和稳定性、优选井眼剖面、推算井下动力钻进的实际钻压和预测水平井段的最大可钻长度等定向水平井的科学计算中。
