In this thesis, we find that dlg is indispensible in the establishment of anterior-posterior and dorsal-ventral polarity of drosophila oocyte. Removal of Dlg function from the posterior follicle cells using the FLP/FRT system leads to disruption of oocyte skeleton reconstruction that is elicited by the failure of those posterior cells to differentiate normally in mid-oogenesis. We demonstrate that abnormity of Notch, JAK-STAT and EGFR signal pathway in dlg mutants contributes to this aberrant differentiation. dlg null mutant also blocks the normal differentiation of two groups of anterior follicle cell-stretched cell and centripetal cell, but not border cell, with a lower penetrance. However unlike the result in posterior follicle cells, Notch and JAK-STAT signaling are both undisrupted in all mutant anterior follicle cells, implying other fate determinants may be involved.

我们的研究发现，后端滤泡细胞中的Dlg在果蝇卵子发生中期卵母细胞前后轴和背腹轴建立过程中也是必须的，PFC中dlg完全缺失型突变引起PFC的分化异常，导致卵子发生中期卵母细胞骨架重组异常，Stau、Grk等极性决定蛋白定位错误。dlg突变阻碍了Notch、JAK-STAT、EGFR等调节PFC分化的信号通路的激活。dlg突变的PFC也没有获得前端滤泡细胞命运。dlg突变不影响前端滤泡细胞群中边界细胞的分化，但是在一定程度上影响伸展细胞和向心细胞的分化，并且这种影响不依赖于前端滤泡细胞Notch或JAK-STAT信号激活的异常。

Methods Amniocenteses were performed in 34 pregnant women of 16～23 gestational weeks with indications for prenatal diagnosis. The amniotic fluid samples were cultured in Chang's medium. The metaphase chromosomes were hybridized insitu with the human centromere probes,α-satellites DNA probes of X, Y,13, 21, 18 chromosomes and all primer chromosome probes. These probes were conjugated by Biotin and Dioxin then. The treated slides were examined and taken photos under the fluoromicroscope.

Results: in contrast with model group, SSM can (1) increase the survival rate of ARF in rats, cut down Scr and BUN at 24hr, improve renal function, slightly surpass Vp in its therapeutic effect;(2) mitigate the extent of renal pathologicchanges, decrease the numbers of renal tubule necroses and casts;(3) protect renal ultrastructure such as microvilli, mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum of TEC, podocytic process of glomerulus epithelial cell,endothelial cell etc, better than Vp;(4) enhance SOD activity, lower MDA contents in renal cortex;(5) enhance NO contents in serum, reduce ET levels in plasma;(6) evidently cut down TNF- a contents in serum, superior to Vp;(7) antagonize calcium overload in TEC;(8) alleviate renal pathological changes in ARF metaphase (at 3d), advance regeneration and recovery of TEC, restore renal structure in ARF convalescence (at 5d), and better than Vp;(9) increase the expression of TEC PCNA and prepro EGFmRNA in ARF metaphase.

结果：与模型组相比，SSM能(1)提高ARF大鼠的存活率，降低24hr时Scr及BUN，改善肾功能，其疗效略优于维拉帕米；(2)减轻ARF肾脏病变程度，减少24hr肾小管坏死数及管腔内管型数；(3)对肾脏的超微结构如肾小管上皮细胞微绒毛、线粒体、内质网、肾小球上皮细胞足突、内皮细胞等形态结构均有一定的保护作用，其疗效略优于维拉帕米；(4)提高肾皮质SOD活性，降低MDA含量；(5)提高血清NO水平，同时降低血浆ET含量；(6)显著降低血清TNF-α的水平，疗效明显优于维拉帕米；(7)拮抗小管上皮细胞[Ca~(2+)]_i的升高；(8)使ARF中期(第3d时)肾组织病变较同期其它两组明显减轻，并使肾小管细胞再生修复提前，至ARF恢复期(第5d时)肾组织结构恢复重建良好；作用明显优于维拉帕米；(9)促进ARF中期肾小管上皮细胞PCNA的表达及EGF前体mRNA的合成，从而增加EGF的合成释放，而维拉帕米无此作用。

It is shown by the maps that in the beginning of the Changzhougou time the Yanshan Region was occupied by alluvial environment with paleoriver flowing northeast, in the middle of the Changzhougou time a transgression changed whole Yanshan Region into shoreline-shallow sea environment gradually, and sedimentary boundary extended so continuously that by the Gaoyuzhuang time it had overpassed far beyond the Yanshan Region.

在缺乏良好等时面的情况下，本文依据现代地层学原理和沉积体系分析法编制了常州沟组初期与中期，串岭沟组初期，大红峪组初期，及高于庄组初期燕山地区的岩相古地理图，示意了燕山地区在长城纪时由冲积扇-河流为主的陆地环境向滨海-浅海环境的演变过程，并揭示了沉积区域不断扩大的趋势，表明常州沟组初期，以蓟县-宽城为轴线发育了冲积相组，海岸线可能在燕山以北，常州沟组中期发生海侵，沉积区扩大至整个燕山地区，大红峪组时海盆范围继续扩大，高于庄组时，沉积边界已远远超出燕山地区。
