Spinal neurological involvement was defined by the neurological examination findings suggestive of spinal localization such as paraparesis, sensory deficits indicating a spinal level and sphincter and/or sexual dysfunction or a combination of them.

本研究收集了自1984年以来我院神经白塞病中心收治的所有白塞病脊髓受累患者；所有患者均符合国际白塞病研究小组确定的白塞病诊断标准；同时，通过检查有无脊髓定位体征如截瘫、感觉平面、括约肌和/或性功能障碍等，来确定患者是否有脊髓受累。

The structure of the compound 〓(1) consists of a pentanuclear molecule which is center-symmetric. One W atom is coordinated by four S atoms and two Cu atom. The results were as follows: Compared with control group, the weight and the relative weight of thymuses, bursas of Fabricius and spleens of experiment group increased significantly(P＜0.05) or extremely significantly(P＜0.01). In experiment group, the cortex of thymic lobule, bursa nodule and Periarterial Lymphatic Sheaths thicken obviously; the volume of bursa nodule, splenic nodule and ellipsoid augmented, and the germinal center of splenic nodule were obvious; the thymic corpuscle increased; the plica of bursas of Fabricius developed well and the degenerating of it retarded.

结果表明：试验组鸡胸腺、腔上囊、脾的重量和器官指数均高于对照组，差异显著(P＜0.05)或极显著(P＜0.01)；试验组的胸腺小叶皮质增厚，胸腺小体增多；腔上囊皱襞发达，腔上囊小结体积大，皮质较厚，退化延缓；脾的动脉周围淋巴鞘增厚，脾小结体积大，生发中心明显，椭球增大。

On its own, polysomy 17 was not associated with HER-2 overexpression on IHC or increased HER2 mRNA levels by RT-PCR. Moreover, and in contrast with HER2 gene amplification, polysomy 17 was not associated with high tumor grade, hormone receptor negativity, or reduced disease-free survival.Conclusion: Polysomy 17 affects HER-2 testing in breast cancer and is a major cause of equivocal results by FISH.

Second, residues in the reactive site of the inhibitor were replaced by the consensus substrate recognition sequence of furin, namely, Arg at P_1, Lys at P_2, Arg at P_4 and Arg at P_6. In addition, the P_7 residue Asp was substituted with Ala to avoid possible electrostatic interference with furin inhibition. Finally, the extra N and C terminal residues beyond the doubly conjugated disulfide loops were further truncated. However, all resultant synthetic peptides were found to be temporary inhibitors of furin and kexin during a prolonged incubation, with the scissile peptide bond between P1 and P'1 cleaved to different extents by the enzymes.
