The FN isolated from ACC cells has a large molecular mass and more potent adhesion than plasma FN.It seems to be contributed by the alternative splicing status.These splicings may play an important role in the mode of invasion of ACC and the formation of cribriform stucture of ACC.

为了解决同步硝化反硝化过程中菌种来源不明，调控困难，硝化和反硝化对DO浓度要求不同，在实际工程中难以实现同步硝化反硝化，本发明筛选出对环境有较强适应能力的异养硝化细菌和好氧反硝化细菌，采用异养硝化细菌和好氧反硝化细菌构建同步硝化反硝化污泥体系处理含氮废水，具有投资少，费用低，处理效果好，不仅去除废水中的氨氮，而且对总氮也有较高的去除率。

The integrative ability, organizing ability, communicative ability of trainings was deficiency. Fourthly, the power of social physical educators in Guangxi universities was so weak that it couldn't satisfy the need of specialty development. For example, the number of special teacher and the practicing ability of teachers are deficiency. The teachers that master special theoretic well and have practicing experience are deficiency especially. Fifthly, social physical practice base have not been building in Guangxi universities. And the necessary equipments of gymnasium are deficiency at the same time. Sixthly, the whole sports technology levels of new social physical students are low and hard to fit for social needing. Seventhly, the professional ideology of students is not stable enough. For example, the special concept and cognition of students are dim. The attitude for learning is not right. The most of students want to or have trend to change their profession after graduating. Eighthly, the ability of students fostered by social physical education in various Guangxi universities has a gap with the ability that students should hold for adapting the need of Guangxi employer. The special technical levels of social physical students are weak. Ninthly, in investigation of social physical personnel being demanded by Guangxi area employers, we found that few social physical personnels were demanded by business unit, the state-operated factory and mining enterprise because of being influenced by economical environment. And the more social physical personnels were demanded by social physical directors, fitness centers and each kind of sports association and so on.

这主要表现为：不够科学的课程体系，在实践性教学环节中的重视程度不够，对学生的综合能力、组织管理能力、社会交际能力的培养较为欠缺；4、对社会体育专业的发展需求这一点而言，广西各高校该专业的师资力量还略显薄弱，难以满足社会的需求，主要体现在：缺乏足够的专业教师数量、教师实践能力欠强，尤其缺乏既有较高理论素养又有实践经验的教师；5、社会体育专业的实习基地在广西各高校中都尚未建立起来，同时一些必备的体育场馆的设施也较为缺乏；6、由于入学时广西社会体育专业的学生在运动技术、技能整体水平相对较低，因此在一些专业方向的需求上难以达到满足；7、在专业思想这一方面而言，广西各高校社会体育专业的学生显得不够稳定，主要表现为：淡薄的学生专业观念，模糊的专业认识，不够端正的学习态度，甚至有相当一部分学生准备毕业后改行或有改行倾向；8、广西各高校社会体育专业培养学生目前所具备的能力与当前广西用人单位所需求的社会体育专业人才应具备的能力尚有一定差距，主要体现在：目前社会体育专业学生的专业技术水平较低，组织能力和社会交际能力较为欠缺等。9、在广西地区用人单位对社会体育专业人才需求量的调查中发现：大多数的企事业单位和国营厂矿企业因受到经济大环境的影响，基本上都不设置专职的体育管理人员，对社会体育专门人才的需求量较少，需求量较大的还是社区体育指导员、体育健身中心、各种体育协会等。

There are experimental results as follows:(1) Eriophorum comosum Nees shows strong cold resistance in plasmalemma permeability research. The lethal temperature of Eriophorum comosum Nees is the lowest LT_(50 in comparison with another two plants and is lower than -11.5℃ in August 2005 and December 2005; Soluble protein content of each plant is rising before or after cold hardiness. By SDS-PAGE, Protein band is analysed. Band quantity of Eriophorum comosum Nees is the most and its band color is darkest.(2) Soluble sugar content of three plants after cold hardiness are higher than before cold hardiness, moreover soluble sugar content after cold hardiness shows a decline and there is a narrow range in Eriophorum comosum Nees; Free Proline accumulation is changed by cold stress, and cold resistance is relative to free Proline accumulation; chlorophyll content of both three plants, including chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and chlorophyll a/b, show a decline tendency along with the descent of temperature. Cynodon dactylon is highly sensitive to cold stress.(3) The soil POD and urease activities' absolute value of Erioophorum comosum Nees and Pogonatherum panideumHack were more than that of Cynodon dactylon before or after low temperature stress, especially POD activities.

实验结果表明：(1)在膜透性的研究中，丛毛羊胡子草抗寒性最强，采用电导率法测得半致死温度LT_(50最低，丛毛羊胡子草抗寒锻炼前后半致死温度LT_(50均小于-11.5℃；在可溶性蛋白含量研究中，抗寒锻炼前后三种植物的可溶性蛋白含量均增加，同时采用SDS-PAGE法，通过对蛋白条带分析，以丛毛羊胡子草条带数最多且着色深；(2)在可溶性糖的研究中，三种植物经抗寒锻炼后叶片可溶性糖含量都比抗寒锻炼前高，且经过抗寒锻炼后三种植物可溶性糖均呈下降趋势，丛毛羊胡子草可溶性糖含量下降较小；从游离脯氨酸含量可知，低温的胁迫影响了植物叶片游离脯氨酸的含量变化，植物的抗寒性与游离脯氨酸有关；低温胁迫下三种植物叶绿素含量随着温度的下降，叶绿素含量、叶绿素a、叶绿素b和叶绿素a／b均呈下降趋势，狗牙根对低温胁迫最为敏感；(3)低温锻炼前后，丛毛羊胡子草和金发草的土壤过氧化物酶与脲酶活性的绝对值均大于狗牙根的，特别是过氧化物酶，说明丛毛羊胡子草和金发草的酶活性大于狗牙根的。

研究表明，本区全新世环境演化分为6个阶段：①早全新世早期，10900~9100aBP，海平面较低，尚未淹没本区，为近岸氧化环境或氧化—还原过渡环境；②早全新世晚期，9100~8000aBP，海水上涨，本区时淹时退，为浅海或潮坪环境，生物钻孔发育；③中全新世主体，8000~4150aBP，海平面快速上升，完全淹没，Fe2+/Fe3+介于0.7395~1.9123之间，为全新世中最高段，表明还原程度强、全球气候变暖；④中全新世后期，4150~2850aBP，海水有所下降，仍为浅海环境，Fe2+/Fe3+较高，多在1.0以上；⑤晚全新世，2850~1310aBP，海平面进一步下降，本区时常暴露，其中2150~1310aBP以还原环境为主，为潮下带，2150~2850aBP以氧化—还原过渡环境为主，为潮间带；⑥1855AD以来，海平面基本稳定，稍有上升，为现代黄河三角洲沉积时期。本区全新世至少存在5期冷热交替的旋回性气候变化。

The results indicated that (1) the 147Pm, 141Ce and 147Nd had strong adsorptivity in soil, so they were hard to transfer and easily accumulated in soil or sediment;(2) all the organisms (5 aquaties and 4 eatable plants) tested showed apparent 147Pm concentrating capabilities;(3)the residues of 147Pm, 141Ce and 147Nd were unevenly distributed in the animal's viscera and tissues, higher residues were found in bone, marrow, eye, brain, heart, adipose and testis, showing selective accumulation;(4) with intraperitioneal dosing of Nd or Ce 200mg ·kg -1 apparent inhibition to gonadial hormone secretion in mice was found and with 200 and 800mg·-1 of Ce added in feed, the malformation rate of spematozoon showed higher.

综合研究结果表明： 14 7Pm、14 1Ce和14 7Nd在土壤中具有强的吸附性，而且难以迁移，易于在土壤和底泥中积累；( 2 )供试的 5种水生生物、4种陆生食用植物对14 7Pm均具有明显的富集性；( 3) 14 7Pm、14 1Ce、14 7Nd在动物体内脏器和组织间呈不均匀分布，在骨骼、骨髓、眼、大脑、心脏、脂肪和睾丸中残留量较高，表现了明显的选择性蓄积；( 4 )一次性腹腔注射2 0 0mg·kg-1的Ce和Nd对小鼠性腺激素的分泌有明显的抑制作用，以 2 0 0和80 0mg·-1的Ce随饲料摄入对雄性小鼠精子畸形率明显升高。

As mannose, galactose and lactose are present on the glycocalyx of Gyrodactylus derjaini, it is suggested that lectins could play a dual role in interactions between fish hosts and their monogenean parasites.

He put forwards that the article 4 of crime of L/C fraud in Chinese Criminal Law isn"t in compliance with the principle of penalty according to criminal law, and it will destroy L/C system. The principles of fairness, honest and credibility and prohibition of civil right abuse in General Rules of Civil Law have the feature of indetermination. The litigation of civil right attached to criminal procedure and litigation property save in the Code of Criminal Procedure, in view of their imperfection, cause the repeating capital frozen by police bureau, procuratorate and court. In view of low requirement of civil litigation capital save in Civil Procedure law, the frequent capital frozen happens all the time. Summary of Panel Discussion Concerning Chinese Coastal Area"s Economic and Judicial Work, owing to its low status and evidence"s inexplicitness of issuing ban, results in judger"s unrestrained jurisdiction power. Therefore, this author concludes that the characteristics of fragmentsand imperfection of Chinese L/C laws are disadvantageous to the perfection of the L/C legislation system ,and can not instruct judges to try the cases of L/C fraud effectively.

由于《美国统一商法典》的第五章关于信用证欺诈的规定相对我国法律而言比较完善，笔者在本文对其也作了论述，以期对我国未来的立法有所启示；第三部分主要分析了我国目前的有关信用证欺诈的规定，并指出《刑法》的有关信用证诈骗罪的规定的第4款不符合罪刑法定的要求，它对信用证的运行机制有极强的破坏性；《民法通则》中与信用证欺诈有关的公平、诚实信用、禁止权利滥用原则有其适用时的不确定性；《刑事诉讼法》关于刑事附带民事及诉讼保全的规定，由于规定的不完善，导致公、检、法等各机关对信用证的重复冻结；由于《民事诉讼法》对财产保全的条件要求过低，导致实践中信用证冻结频繁发生；《会谈纪要》由于其效力低和对发布禁令要求的证据并不明确，导致实践中法官的自由裁量权无限扩大。
