The film or movie is the most popular and common video resource. In this paper we use the film video as an example, aims to implement real-time retrieve of explosion and shot scenes, has carried on the following research mainly: first, we proposed a method of real-time recognition of explosions based on dominate-color and audio information and improved the accuracy the retrieve;second, we proposed a method of real-time retrieve of shots scenes based on audio information and differences between frames when the shot occurs;third,a whole video abstraction system is proposed, it can cut off the clips which have been retrieved and merge them into a independent video abstraction in the same time edit the information of the it ;forth, it offers two-level retrieval structure of"key frame-highlights"and can play segmentation result and the whole video just like a video player.

电影或电视剧视频是人们日常生活中最喜闻乐见也是最常见的视频内容，本课题以此类视频为研究素材，目的是实现实时爆炸和枪击场景的检测，主要进行了以下几个方面的研究：1针对视频中爆炸场景的主色和音频特点，提出了一种基于声像特征的实时爆炸场景检测算法；2捕捉视频中枪击事件瞬间的帧间变化信息和相应音频信息，提出了一种基于声像特征的实时枪击场景检测算法；3从原始视频中切割检索到的精彩视频场景合并成单独精彩缩略视频，并可进行相关信息编辑，形成比较完备的视频摘要系统；4形成关键帧-精彩视频场景的二级浏览结构，可对分割结果或整个视频片断进行播放，基本实现播放器的功能。

Results The recovery time of bowel sound was 8-112 h (M=28 h) in the treated group and 16-24 h (M=46 h) in the control group, with a significant difference P=(0.0001. The time of anal exsufflation in the treated group was 2-116 h (M=56 h), and 24-147 h (M=82 h) in the control group, with a significant difference (P=0.0001). The electroenterogram revealed that control activity, continuous response activity and contractive electrical complex were significantly stronger in the treated group than in the control group.

结果 187例经观察(治疗组93例，对照组94例)，肠鸣恢复时间治疗组为8～112h，中位时间为28 h，对照组为16～124 h，中位时间46 h，有显著统计学意义(P=0.0001)；肛门排气时间治疗组为22～116 h，中位时间56 h，对照组为24～147 h，中位时间82 h，有显著统计学意义(P=0.0001)；肠电图显示治疗组各检测肠段的电控制活动、连续反应电活动波、收缩电综合波均显著增强。

By this arithmetic it become true to auto select electronic chart when chart is zoomed.3. The realization of auto acquired field on electronic chart.4. The simulation of target data and error of radar and AIS by software.5. The fusion processing of the dynamic data those are collected from AIS and Radar.6. Resolve the target track problem of radar by the data fusion technology.7. The algorithm design of display field reduce, this function can improve the speed of display.

针对目前国内外VTS系统中暴露出的薄弱点，以及应用实践中表现出的不足本文对综合信息处理与显示系统做了进一步的研究和完善，取得了以下的研究成果： 1、电子海图显示系统中鹰眼图的功能设置与实现； 2、设计一种简易的选图算法，通过该算法实现可在海图放大、缩小时的自动选图； 3、电子海图上自动录取区的实现； 4、实现对雷达和AIS目标数据及其误差的软件仿真； 5、船舶自动识别系统中动态信息与雷达动态信息的数据融合处理； 6、利用数据融合技术解决雷达目标跟踪方面的问题； 7、海图空间信息中显示区域裁减算法的设计，该模块的实现大幅度提高了海图的显示速度。

Parthenolide is extract from feverfew, it's main component is sesquiterpene, it is commanly used in west country and is mainly used to therapy skin infection, rheumatic disorder, migraine. But recent research indicate that parthenolide can regulate many pathway of signal in the cell, inhibit the cyclooxygenase, TNF-α, interleukin-1 expression induced by lipopolysaccharide in macrophage, inhibit the iNOS expression in human monocyt, inhibit the activity of NF-κB in Hela cell, inhibit the growth of tumor cell and can relieve the myocardial ischemical reperfusion injury and so on. But the invention research about the effection of parthenolide on the VSMC is very rare in the world, so we do some research about the effection of inhibition of parthenpolide on the proliferation of VSMC and the signal transduction mechanism.

小白菊内酯(parthenolide，又名Sesquiterpene lactone)是艾叶菊属黑叶母菊的提取物，主要成分是倍半萜烯内酯，西方国家较为常用，主要用于治疗皮肤感染、风湿病和偏头痛，但近年来发现小白菊内酯能调控细胞内多种信号途径，如抑制巨噬细胞中脂多糖诱导的Cox，肿瘤坏死因子α和白细胞介素-1的表达，能抑制人单核细胞中iNOS的表达，能抑制Hela细胞中NF-κB的活性，抑制肿瘤细胞的生长，同时能减轻心肌缺血再灌注损伤等，但小白菊内酯在VSMC中的干预研究目前国内外非常罕见，为了确切评价小白菊内酯对血管平滑肌细胞增殖的抑制作用及相关的信号转导机制，我们进行了一些研究。
