Results: the yield rate of the collected volatile oil of artemisia indica and artemisia feddei was 0.32%, 0.29%, respectively. the main constituents of them were as follows: eucalyptol, camphor, borneol, terpineol, cubebene, caryophyllene, caryophyllene oxide, germacrene d, etc, which was similar to the constituents of volatile oil from artemisia argyi. but the contents of volatile oil were different in different medicinal materials. longiverbenone with high content in artemisia feddei was can not be detected in artemisia indica and artemisia argyi.

结果：广西产五月艾与细叶艾挥发油的得率分别为0.32%、0.29%；五月艾、细叶艾和艾叶挥发油中均含有桉油精、樟脑、龙脑、松油醇、荜澄茄油烯、石竹烯及其氧化物、大根香叶烯d等药效成分，但各成分在不同药材中的含量存在一定差别；此外，细叶艾挥发油中含量较高的长叶马鞭烯酮在五月艾和艾叶挥发油中均未检出。

After secondary culture, Streptococcus thermophilus reached directly the log phase hardly through the lag phase, and then quickly reached the decline phase. There were more relations of the metabolic regalities of the three kinds of nutritive substances with the super-concentrated incubation process of Streptococcus thermophilus: the more the number of the bacteria, the quicker the metaboling, while the fewer, the slower the metabolism. Moreover, there apparently existed morphologic changes in this course, and there maybe existed the apoptosis, which correlated with bacteria propagation and acid producing. With the culture time postponed, the nutritive substances in the culture medium lacked also, and the morphologic change and apoptosis appeared more obviously.

Results Of the 5 cases of internal fixation failure,2 were caused by operative mistakes, 1 by wrong selection of internal fixators, 1 by too early weight-bearing,and 2 by postoperative infection;of the 11 cases of nonunion or delayed union, 5were caused by severe primary injury, and 4 by unsuccessful reduction.1 cases of pain were caused by evection of proximal LISS plate,and 1 postoperative infection due to improper emplacement of the plate during the operation resulted in long exposure of plate end.

This research was conducted in degraded rangeland at the southwestern edge of the Mu Us sandland, Yanchi county, Ningxia, the soil seedbank features and its relation to vegetation was analyzed using similarity analysis and ordination method, the results show that seeds within soil distribute mainly in 0~5 cm soil layer, less seeds in 6~15 cm soil layer in exclosed and non-exclosed rangeland, for seeds in exclosed soil, species richness and diversity index H are higher, while D is lower, exclosure measure, generally speaking, can increase plant species and amount of vegetation and seeds in soil, some annual plants, mesophytes and halophytes appears in the soil or surface.
