In preface, author discusses the meaning of this study and the actual state of research about culture of Tibetan oath at home and abroad. The first chapter analyzes two basic sources of oath culture. In the second chapter, by analyzing literature and actual examples, author explores the problem which the definition of "oath" is unclear in Tibetan dictionary. Combining with the definition of oath, in the third chapter ,the author differs the concept among promise, treaty, bargain and caution money. The fourth chapter is mainly about the element of oath; In the fifth chapter , author divides and explores the different content and meaning of Tibetan oath.

前言"论述了这篇论文的研究意义和目前国内外对于藏族盟誓文化的研究现状；第一章"盟誓文化的产生"论述了盟誓习俗产生的两个基本根源：思想根源和社会根源；第二章"盟誓的定义"通过分析文献资料和实例，对一些藏文词典中存在的对于"盟誓"的定义不够明确的问题进行了商榷和探讨；第三章"盟誓和几个近义词的区别"结合盟誓的定义，对诺言、条约、契约、保证金几个概念的定义进行区分；第四章"盟誓的要素"结合《格萨尔王传》论述了盟誓需要具备的要素；第五章"誓言的内容特征"中结合《格萨尔王传》中的盟誓形式，划分和探讨藏族盟誓的不同内容和意义；第六章"遵守誓言的意义和不守誓言的罪孽"通过相关文献资料分别探讨了遵守誓言的积极影响和不守誓的消极影响；第七章"违誓忏悔"论述了在违背誓言后，反省改过的意义；最后，"后记对《格萨尔王传》中的盟誓文化进行了概括总结，指出这一文化突显了藏族人民崇尚真诚的品格和渴望和谐的心愿。

In topographic map, especially for city area, most of features are central symmetry and axial symmetry. By means of extracting features with symmetric figure first and then vectoring them according to their geometric characteristic, accuracy and efficiency can be increased and data sizes can be reduced.

Another MCU, 89C2051 is used to realize the control of the three rows LED monitor showing coordinates of axis X and Z axis and other state of the system. Charnel A and C of 8155 are used for editor keyboard, which make the inputting or editing of the NC code and data possible. Charnel P1 of 8031 is used for the operation keyboard such as system power on/off and movement of axis X or Z. a programmable parallel I/O chip, 8255, is used to achieve system I/O and the transmission of other information. In summarize, the system developed is characterized by its simplicity, low development cost and high reliability.

Reductive dechlorination of chlorinated Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals in Water by metallic catalytic reduction was studied for further understanding the application of palladiumized iron-scrap bimetallic catalytic reduction technology in treating high molecular weight and structure complicated refractory chlorinated organic pollutans, especially, the reductive dechlorination reaction of the three chlorinated EDCs: 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid(2,4-D), Hexachlorocyclohexane, and chlordane.

通过研究水体中有机氯类环境内分泌干扰物在金属催化还原体系中的还原脱氯反应，考察了铁屑镀钯双金属催化还原技术在处理水体中大分子量复杂结构的难降解氯代有机污染物的应用，着重研究了水体中2，4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2，4-D)、六六六和氯丹三种有机氯类环境内分泌干扰物在Pd/Fe催化还原体系中的还原脱氯行为。

Studied on sensitivities of C. ellipsoidea to kanamycin , Chloromycetin , Hygromycin , Streptomycin and Geneticin (G418), the results showed that C. ellipsoidea is not sensitive to Km, Str and Cm, 600μg/ml km, 600μg/ml Str and 200μg/ml Cm can not inhabited the growth of C. ellipsoidea. However, it is fairly sensitive to Hm, 100μg/ml can completely stop the growth of C. ellipsoidea on solid media. We also found that C. ellipsoidea was highly sensitive to G418, 30μg/ml and 15μg/ml can inhabit the growth of C.
