It was shown that the stable carbon isotope composition of beef tissue was primarily dependent on the diet the animals were fed,meanwhile theδ~(13)C values of cattle tail hair, defatted muscle and crude fat all enhanced with the increment of the proportions of C4 constituents in diet, but those values were on the contrary with the enhancement of the proportions of C3 constituents. Moreover, allδ~(13)C values of different tissues were significantly correlated with the content of C4 and C3 plant material. So, the main component of cattle feed could be investigated with the help ofδ~(13)C values. Theδ~(15)N values of beef tissues were affected by feed composition to some extent, but it had no regularity. The cattle tail hair and defatted muscle enriched in 13C to their feeds gave different results between the two groups, but cattle tail hair enriched in 15N much more than defatted muscle and in the proportion of 3‰- 5‰, plus, cattle variety and individual had effect on the proportion of enrichment.

结果表明，牛组织中碳同位素组成主要受饲料的影响，牛尾毛、脱脂肌肉、粗脂肪中的δ~(13)C值随着C4植物含量在牛饲料中的比例增加而升高，随着C3植物含量在牛饲料中的比例增大而降低，并且均与C4、C3植物含量呈极显著的相关性(P.01)，用牛组织中的δ~(13)C值可以调查牛饲料中的主要成分；牛组织中的氮同位素一定程度上受饲料因素的影响，但未随饲料组成成分的改变而呈现规律性变化；牛尾毛、脱脂肌肉相对饲料对13C的富集比例两组试验结果不一致，牛尾毛对15N的富集比例大于脱脂肌肉，富集比例约在3‰- 5‰，饲料种类、牛个体等因素对富集比例均有一定影响；牛尾毛、脱脂肌肉、粗脂肪中的δ~(13)C值三者之间相关性达到极显著水平(P.01)。

In the corpus hemonbaglcwn corpus luteurn, lean type and pseudocorpus-luteum, EGF rnRNA was detected,, no distinct difference can be seen in them. The EGF mRNA expressed strongly in fimbria end, ampulla and isthmus of oviduct, in the big follicular stage, ovulation stage, pregnancy stage and spurius pregnancy stage, we can not see any distinct change in them, but hi the medium follicuar stage,it is weaker.

结果发现：猪卵母细胞中EGF的mRNA强烈表达，且小卵泡卵母细胞→中卵泡卵母细胞→大卵泡卵母细胞中，EGF的mRNA表达量有逐渐减少的趋势；猪卵泡的颗粒细胞中有EGF的mRNA表达，小卵泡颗粒细胞→中卵泡颗粒细胞→大卵泡颗粒细胞中，EGF的mRNA表达也有逐渐减少的趋势；猪卵巢中的红体、黄体、白体和假黄体中都有EGF的mRNA表达，看不出几部分的表达量有明显的强弱变化；猪输卵管伞部、壶腹部和峡部，都有EGF的mRNA表达，在大卵泡期，排卵期，孕期和假孕期都强烈表达，各期间看不出明显的强弱变化，中卵泡期表达较弱；猪子宫中EGF的mRNA在大卵泡期，排卵期，孕期和假孕期都强烈表达，看不出表达量的明显变化，而小卵泡期表达量明显减弱。

In the present paper, the Sox gene expression analysis of different tissues from the Trionyx sinensis was studied by using RTPCR, and Sox gene fragments of expression from the testicle, brain and spleen were cloned using RTPCR products. The results show that Sox gene has specific expression in the testicle, brain, spleen, cardiac muscle and kindney and hasn't expression in muscle, liver and ovary. The results of clone reveal that the Sox genes of expression in the testicle are TSSox1 and TSSox 4, and those are TSSox2 and TSSox4 in the brain, and that is TSSox4 in the spleen. This suggests that the Sox gene act important role not only on the sex determination, but also on the development of neural system, immunocyte system and the differentiattion of male germ cell.

本文采用RT—PCR技术，研究了中华鳖不同组织Sox基因的表达，并通过PCR直接克隆法，分析了来自睾丸、脑和脾组织中的Sox基因序列结果表明在中华鳖的成体组织中，Sox基因在脑、心肌、肾、脾和雄性的睾丸组织中均有不同程度的表达，而在肌肉、肝脏和雌性的卵巢中则无表达，显示该基因具有组织表达特异性克隆分析显示，在睾丸组织中表达的是TSSox1和TSSox4基因，而在脑组织中表达的是TSSox2和TSSox4基因，脾组织中表达的是TSSox4基因此结果表明Sox基因不仅在性别决定中起作用，还可能在神经系统、免疫系统多种组织中起重要作用

The gonad index of testis at this stage is 0.037%, and the amount of spermatogonia is increased quickly. There is some linear germ plasm in the cytoplasm of spermatogina. In ovary at this stage it is mostly composed by oocyte of phase 2 which the character is the appearance of yolk nucleus, and no zona radiate in membrane. The mean GI of ovary is 1.95%. From Sep to Oct gonad is at stage III which testis is composed by lots of spermatogina and few spermatocytes, and the mean GI of testis at this stage is 0.086%. In ovary the ooctyes at phase 3 are in dominate position, the yolk nucleus disappear. And the GI of this stage is 3.35%. Both testis and ovary are at stage IV in Nov. hi testis the germ cells are in spermiogenesis, and the mean GI is 0.93%. hi ovary the oocytes are mostly at phase 4, which are filled in the cytoplasm with vitellin granule, and the zona radiate in membrane begins to formation. Nucleus moves to one side of the oocyte gradually. The mean GI of ovary at this stage is 9.37%.

This dissertation has 7 chapters. Chapter One introduces the tradition of historical narration in Chinese literature, discusses the relationship between fiction and historical narration, and the historical view of humanism in traditional novels. Chapter Two analyzes the historical view in contemporary red narrative, the origin of red historical compilation, hypo-realism in red novels of officers, and the features of taking personal narrative as revolutionary narrative etc. the song of youth is taken as an example to illustrate the secret of changing little burgesses narrative into revolutionary narrative. Chapter Three focuses on re-emergence and changes of enlightenment historical narrative and the historical sense of enlightenment. Tibet, implied times and the family of red corn are taken as examples to illustrate the features of changing from enlightenment historicism to new historicism. Chapter Four examines the phenomena and characteristics of new historicism narrative. The following chapter concerns the historical narrative by Yu Hua and Mo Yan, and historical sense of quasi-new historicism in Wang Anyi's Changhenge.
