Result 1-3-β-D glucosan was found exceeding the diagnostic criteria (10pg/ml) of the kit in 18 cases of fungal rhinosinusitis; and it was found no more than 10pg/ml in all 5 cases of purely nasal septum deviation patients. One of the 18 cases of fungal rhinosinusitis patients is chronic invasive fungal rhinosinusitis, and its level of 1-3-β-D glucosan reaches to 21.82 pg/ml. We compared the result of the study group to the control groups, and found that there is significant deviation beteen the two groups.

结果 经过实验检测20例真菌性鼻窦炎(19例为真菌球型，1例为慢性侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎)及5例对照组患者血浆中1-3-β-D葡聚糖的含量，可以发现其中18例真菌性鼻窦炎患者血浆中1-3-β-D葡聚糖的含量大于试剂盒的诊断标准10pg/ml，其中一例慢性侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎患者血浆中1-3-β-D葡聚糖的含量达到21.82pg/ml，2例真菌性鼻窦炎患者血浆中1-3-β-D葡聚糖的含量小于10pg/ml，而对照组患者血浆中1-3-β-D葡聚糖的含量均小于10pg/ml，病例组与对照组间采用卡方检验测得卡方值为16.071，(P＜0.05)两组间有差异，有统计学意义。

In order to explore the mechanisms of auxin action and metabolism, as well as the changing characteristics of its relative enzymes, IAA content in strawberry fruits with different treatments was determined by HPLC. Content of IAA and the activity of IAO and POD in fruits treated by NPA or TIBA, the inhibitor of auxin transport, were analyzed to investigate the changing characteristics and possible source of auxin, as well as the relation among IAA, POD and IAO. Results were showed as the followings: there had a certain count of IAA in receptacles and achenes, and IAA content in achenes was higher than that in receptacles.

摘要为了探索草莓果实中生长素的代谢变化及其发挥作用的机理，利用HPLC定量测定了草莓果实发育过程中瘦果和花托中的吲哚乙酸，结合生长素运输抑制剂NPA和TIBA处理考察了草莓果实中IAA含量以及不同存在状态的生长素氧化酶和过氧化物酶活性变化，综合分析了草莓果实中IAA 的变化特性、可能来源及其与生长素代谢相关酶的关系。

We analyzed the regular pattern of daily medicine cost change of operation inpatients during hospitalization in every group . the results indicated that the median line of daily medicine cost had similar regular pattern in operations on the nervous system , the musculoskeletal system , the nose , mouth , and pharynx system and the female genital organs system : the top of daily medicine cost median emerged on the day of operations ; the median of daily medicine cost was low in the period after operation , and the lowest in the period before operation . the median line of daily medicine cost of operations on the digestive system and the integumentary system keeped at a high level in the period of 1 - 6 days after operations

手术病人日药费随住院时间的变化规律按icd - 9 - cm类目表的15个系统大类将住院手术病人分为15组，分析了各系统手术病人住院期间日药品费用的变化规律，结果显示：神经系统、肌肉骨骼系统、鼻口咽系统和女性生殖系统手术的日药费中位数线图具有相似的变化规律：手术病人住院期间的日药费硕士学位论文中位数的峰值位于手术当日，且手术当日的日药费变异最大；术后住院日的日药费中位数明显降低；术前住院日的日药费中位数很低；消化系统和体被系统手术在手术当日及术后1 6天内的日药费中位数维持在较高的水平。

One variable of needs factors with predictive value: is the suitability of the examination time notified. The accuracy rate of laddered logistic regression model built by this research was 74.1%.
