In this paper, a varieties of concepts of compactness of sets and sunsets are introduced in a complex locally convex space, which are respectively the generalizations of the known sunsets and convex sets. By establishing the relationship between restricted p-centers of a set in a complex locally convex space and restricted Chebyshev centers of the corresponding set in the quotient space with respect to ker, characterizations and uniqueness of restricted p-centers of sets in a complex locally convex space are obtained. These results are better than any other known ones when we restrict them in real normed linear spaces and real locally convex space.

本文首先在复局部凸空间中引入了几种紧性及几种太阳集的概念，它们分别是已有紧性和凸集概念的推广；然后通过建立局部凸空间中集的限制p-中心和关于ker的商空间中对应集的限制Chebyshev中心的关系，来研究局部凸空间中集的限制p-中心问题，本文即使是在实赋范空间和在实局部凸空间中所得的结果都分别是有关已知结果的深化和推广。

Therefore, traditional teaching should be reformed, because i think that mathematics teaching should be one kind of magistral learning method based on independently exploring, discussing and solving problems, should make students explore, learn in the exploration and develop in their learning and finding the happiness in developing through establishing one kind of democratic, harmonious and rising teaching course and mode.

为此，传统的教学应该进行改革，我认为数学教学应该将活动中自主探索、讨论、解决问题成为学生的主导性学习方式，通过建立一种民主、和谐、新兴的教学过程和模式，让学生在活动中探究，在探究中学习，学习中发展，发展中得到快乐。

A steel bar is washed and dried, and then put into a glass pipe which is sealed to obtain stirring magneton; a mixed solvent of Gamma-methacrylate oxide propyl trimethoxy silane and methanol is prepared and added with an organic base to obtain a pre-bonding solvent; the stirring magneton is immerged into the pre-bounding solvent, and the outer surface of the glass pipe of the stirring magneton is bonded with a layer of silane substance with alkenyl; a reactive monomer mixture and a pore-forming agent mixed solvent are evenly mixed and then added into a container, the stirring magneton after the pre-bounding is put into the container which is sealed and then put into a water bath; after reaction, the container is removed, the stirring magneton coated with a polymer is taken out and put into a extractor and extracted by using a solvent; or the stir bar is immersed into the solvent till no impurity can be checked in the solvent, thereby obtaining the product.

The abstract result contains several concrete results in the literature and can also be used to deal with some new cases for resonant differential equations.In the introduction, we briefly introduce the development process of the variational methods. In Chapter 2, we list some basic knowledges refering to the variational methods, including the Sobobev space,—△ operator, the weak solution and the minimizing sequence methods and some minimax theorems. In Chapter 3, we introduce the research process of Hamiltonian system of second order and the semilinear elliptic problems, using the methods introduced previously. In Chapter 4, we prove the main theorem of the thesis, and apply it to the problems in the previous Chapter, and can also be applied to some new resonant cases.

在前言中，简要介绍了变分法的产生、发展过程，在第二章中我们介绍了有关变分法的一些基本知识，包括Sobolev空间，—△算子，弱解，极小化序列方法和一些极小极大定理，在第三章中我们介绍了非线性项有界或满足次线性条件，以及它满足推广的Ahmad-Lazer-Paul条件时，二阶Hamiltonian系统和半线性椭圆问题的研究历程，最后在第四章中我们证明了本论文的主要定理，并把它应用到第三章的问题中，使得前面的几种共振的情形都可以统一到这个抽象的结果中。

Accordingly, an optimistic data consistency maintenance method based on key-attributes is proposed. In the method, the update of key-attributes is separated from user update requests. Key-Updates are propagated by latency-overlay update propagation model, that is, updates are always propagated to the nodes having maximum or minimum latency, and assured and uncertain propagation paths of updates are all taken into account. Based on classifying key-update conflicts, a double-level reconciling mechanism including buffer preprocessing and update-log processing is applied to detect and reconcile conflicts, and then conflicts are solved by policies as last-writer-win and divide-and-rule. Lastly, update-log management method and maintenance method brought by node failure and network partitioning are discussed for the above is deployed based on the information storied in update-log.

Mixed saliva and pooled plaque samples from the smooth surfaces of teeth were collected for microbiologic analysis before administration (baseline~ day 0).. during treatment (days 7.. 14 and 21) and after withdrawal of the agents (days 28~ 42 and 56) and plaque index were recorded. Microbial cultivation were performed by serially diluting the samples with PBS solution and cultivating the aiquots on Mitis Salivarius Agar and MS supplemented with bacitracin for Oral streptococci and Mutans streptococci respectively. The plates were incubated at 37~C under microaerophilic condition(90%N2,10%CO.,) for 48 hot:rs. The number of colony-forming unit per plate was counted and the percentage of Mutans Streptococci per Oral streptococci in dental plaque were determined.

The result showed that IFN-γ was distributed over 20 nucleus of the hypothalamus, such as nucleus mamillaris medialis, nucleus pre-opticus medialis, area anterior hypothalami, nucleus ventromedialis, nucleus reunions, nucleus paraventricularis, nucleus supra optic, and etc. Many of IFN-γ positive nerve fibers were found in supra optic nucleus, paraventricular nucleus, nucleus mamillaris medialis and etc. Nerve fibers and astrocytes IFN-γ immunoreactive positive cells spreaded in paraventricular nucleus, nucleus pre-opticus lateralis, nucleus pre-opticus medialis and etc. At the same time, IFN-γ is also observed obviously in adenohypophysis and neurohypophysis. IFN-γ also expresses in follicular and corpus luteum.

结果显示，IFN-γ分布于乳头体内侧核、视前内侧核、下丘脑前区、腹内侧核、连接核、室旁核、视上核等20个核团中，各部分核团细胞着色程度深浅不一；在视上核、室旁核分泌部乳头体内侧核等有大量的阳性神经纤维；同时在室周核、视前外侧核、视前内侧核等13个核团中散布有一些阳性星形胶质细胞，与阳性神经细胞交错共存；腺垂体中腺细胞和神经垂体中神经纤维均有IFN-γ表达；卵泡和黄体中也有IFN-γ存在。
