个案研究

The research methods include documental analysis, questionnaire-survey and semi-structured interview. The documental analysis is based on the plans, cahiers and reports of teacher's professional development evaluation. The questionnaire-survey is based on the personnel evaluation standards JCSEE(2005) and our nation's conditions. At last, according to the evaluation standards, researcher interviews teachers in depth.

本研究以文件分析、问卷调查及访谈做为主要之研究方法，文件分析主要以个案学校试办教师专业发展评鉴的各项计画、评鉴报告及会议纪录为主，问卷调查则参考JCSEE(2005)之人员评鉴标准，依照我国国情修改与编制问卷题目，最后研究者依照所设定的评鉴标准作深入的访谈。
