ABSTRACT:On the basis of the data of over 2500 individual cases of homosexuals and their family backgrounds and taking the social investigation of 254 case of homosexuality cured by Nanjing Cerebropathy Hospital from 1987—1993,the preliminary analysis and study of the stages of growth during childhood of homosexuality in Shanghai and other places organized by Liu Dalin and other related studies by other scholors of our country for reference,the author has put forward that durmg the growth of childhood,bad environments,family backgrounds and the mistakes of sex education at early stage are the most important reason of forming homosexuality.

提要，作者基于南京脑科医院自1987～1993年接诊的同性恋2500余人的个案资料，对同性恋者幼年的成长过程和家庭背景进行了初步分析和研究，并参考刘达临组织的上海等地254例同性恋社会调查情况及国内其他学者的有关研究，提出幼年成长环境、不良的家庭背景和早期性教育的失误是我国同性恋形成的最重要的原因。

Chapter one ,it researches the Tibetan women's social history status and real living status, expatiates on the distinctiveness ,contrariety and incomplex of the Tibetan women's social history status. Chapter two, according to the researches on the female characters in the movies of Tibetan theme ,it indicates the Tibetan women's tight corner in the scene ,The women are conquered by the male rights ,civilized by others tribes and told about by the male utterance. They not only encounter losing truth but also experience absence. Chapter three, it analyzes some movies of Tibetan theme. Through some under different regions and cultural backgrounds ,it proves the female's encounters under the main ideology and the male's utterance.

第一章，是对藏族女性社会历史状况和现实生活状况的研究，阐释了藏族女性社会地位特殊性、矛盾性和复杂性；第二章，是对藏族题材电影中的女性形象的研究，表明藏族女性在镜像中的困境，她们被男权政治、异族文化和男性话语的言说，她们既遭遇失真又经历缺席；第三章，是对部分藏族题材电影的个案分析，透过不同地域和文化背景下的藏族题材电影，实证主流意识形态和男权话语下的女性遭遇。

Theoretically, the present thesis is based upon the encouragement theory in the study of administration. The literature of the thesis is mainly devoted to the survey of research at home and abroad in two aspects: the young teacher development and encouragement mechanism. Methodologically, the thesis is a case study of Northwest Normal University. With the statistical analysis of the status quo of teaching and research, as well as the demand of research of the young teachers in the university, the thesis treats the current encouragement system, summarizes the conspicuous problems and then advances countermeasures in the research enragement system of young teachers in these universities based upon the qualitative and quantitative studies.

Therapeutic horseback riding have been believed as a good media to improve balance ability. We proceeded to do a case study, by the use of a mechanical horse made by Joba EU-6441, Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd., Japan. This mechanical horse is designed according to the movement pattern of a real horse. The seat is designed to move in a pattern based on the figure of eight. Many clinics begin to adopt the mechanical horses as treatment tools, but its effectiveness in children with ADHD remains unknown.

目前对於ADHD儿童平衡能力的训练及介入成效之研究较少，本研究以骑马治疗进行个案讨论，采用的骑马机(Joba EU-6441， Matsushita Electric Industrial Co。， Ltd。， Japan)是根据真实马运动时的动作模式所设计出来的，临床上认为骑马机有可增进平衡能力的功用，目前已逐渐被临床治疗师广泛使用，但对於骑马机的确切疗效仍没有研究加以证实，尤其是骑马机是否对於平衡能力或是感觉调节能力有所帮助等。
