个案研究

本文以管世铭为研究切入点，对管氏诗文作品及唐诗学成就进行深入解读，发掘出管氏文学作品之诗心、文心及背后所蕴涵之深邃精神内质；同时以整个管氏家族文化为研究对象，详细考证其家族中重要成员文学及学术成就，力求多角度全方位研究武进管氏家族文化，为深入研究文化望族、清代文化和诗文创作提供一个生动的个案。

In the fourth chapter, I analyze and contrast many architectural cases in history and modern times which ellipse were applied to, and explore the ellipse"s development in historic sense. The fifth chapter investigates the dynamic relationship between geometry and architecture based on ellipse"s geometric character, and analyzes ellipse architecture"s characters in symbolism, dualism, diversity and unity these four facets. In the sixthchapter, taking ellipse architecture as examples, I try to explore the relationship between the more general geometry"s purity and architecture"s complexity, and build the foundation for future exploration of geometry"s purity.

第四章从历史和现代两个方面展开了大量对椭圆形式在建筑中应用的个案和实例的研究与对比，探讨了椭圆形式在历史上意义的变迁；第五章以椭圆的几何特性为立足点，研究了椭圆几何--建筑之间的动态关系，从标志性，二元对立，多样和统一四个方面分析了椭圆建筑的特点；第六章以椭圆建筑为例，尝试探讨了更一般的几何的纯粹性与建筑的复杂性的关系，对几何纯粹性意义的挖掘为进一步的研究提供基础；第七章采用了类型对比的研究方法，分析了安藤忠雄和库哈斯两位设计哲学截然不同的建筑师对椭圆形式的使用；另外，以位置关系为线索，将椭圆和其他的几何形式结合起来，总结了一般情况下几何的纯粹性对建筑复杂性的作用。

Based on former researcher's decision on the rural education, this research take the Western rural education as the background, having the several Linxia boarding schools as a case, author adopts action research as the research pattern. Comprehensive displayed the West rural education and the village boarding school's development present situation, in carried on the analysis to existence a series of questions in the foundation, a final analysis of the existing evidence, and the outcome of the case support and operational models. Finally, progress on a combination of theory and practice covering logic and positive analysis as well as operating pattern and case support is made.

本研究在梳理了前人关于农村教育研究的基础上，以西部农村教育为背景，然后选择临夏回族自治州的几所寄宿制学校为个案，采用实证研究与实地研究的模式，全面的展现了西部农村教育和农村寄宿制学校的发展现状，在对其中存在的一系列问题进行分析的基础上，最后形成了既有实证分析与案例支持，又有操作模型的成果。

由于本文研究内容属多学科、跨领域的交叉综合研究，为使其具有多维性、整体性、前瞻性、科学性和可操作性，采用了整体研究与个案相结合、社会背景分析与案例的实际相结合、实地调研与专家咨询相结合等研究方法。

本研究以灿坤集团作为研究对象，研究方法采用文献分析、个案分析以及深度访谈，兹将本研究结论归纳：(1)企业财务危机不是突然发生的，而是经过一段时间财务恶化的结果；(2)企业拥有完善的经营管理机制，确实会降低企业发生财务危机的可能性；(3)灿坤集团因应企业财务危机共计四个关键成功因素，分别为：「危机管理制度」、「财务管理计画」、「分散风险的概念」以及「财务报表揭露的资讯」。

This paper selects the cases of College R and University Y, based on overall investigations and thoro analyses of the faculty construction status and management mechanism of college R, the author find that there were some problems in the teacher structure of the adult college such as the age structure of the teachers were unreasonable, and the teacher's academic qualification and professional title are lower;, some teachers are lack of professional ethics, the teachers knowledge were outdated , the teachers in teaching and research were imbalance.

本研究首先选取R学院与Y大学为个案，采用定性研究与定量研究相结合的研究方法，对R学院师资队伍建设现状、师资管理机制进行充分调研和全面分析，发现成人高校师资队伍结构中存在教师年龄结构不合理，学历、职称结构偏低的问题，教师个体存在职业道德缺乏、知识储备陈旧和科研教学比例失衡的问题。

Using the method of qualitative research, operating the intention of process/stage theory,our research based on the theory of process of organizational innovation constructed by Amabile. In order to built the process/stage model of organizational innovation, with the methods of post hoc research, in-depth interview, triangulation and multi-analysis for the core cultural /creative industry of Taiwan, to realize the passing way of thinking and running model of organizational innovation of cultural/creative industry to find out the significant factors which affected the organizational innovation of cultural/creative industries.

本研究采用质性研究方法，运用阶段/历程之研究取向，并以Amabile的「组织创新历程模式」为理论基础，针对台湾核心文化创意产业做多重个案分析，并以事后回溯研究、深入访谈、及三角测量等方法，分析并建构其组织创新之阶段与历程模式，藉以了解文化创意产业组织创新所经过之思虑模式与作为方法，以及找出影响文化创意产业组织创新历程之重要因素。

Since they are now beginning to consider the necessity of technical manpower dispatching, the selection of the right temporary help service firms has become a very important issue.In the past, supplier evaluation and selection studies mostly focused on the manufacturing and service industries. Hence, this paper studied the past domestic studies conducted on supplier selection to understand the appropriate selection guidelines that would serve as the fundamental guidelines for the selection of outsourcing manpower companies. The PROMETHEE (Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluations) proposed by Brans and Vincke in 1985 was used as the supplier selection tool for the study. Finally, we employed a simulated case study where we consolidated the selection guidelines,method and tools to create a reference for future practical applications and academic researches.

在过去，有关于厂商评选的国内外文献中，其研究对象以制造业及服务业居多，针对人力派遣公司评选准则之文献则相当的缺乏，因此，本研究将讨论国内半导体设备供应商评选技术人力派遣公司之准则，藉由过去国内学者对供应商评选之相关研究，寻得适宜的评选准则，以做为评选人力派遣公司之基础，采用由Brans及Vincke在1985年所提出之PROMETHEE（Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluations）法做为评选供应商之工具，并将此方法藉由Excel应用软体予以辅助计算，最后，使用模拟个案，将研究所提出的评选准则、方法及工具三者结合，提供实务运作及学术研究上作为参考。
