个案研究

Soybean oil is the most important material in Taiwan food oil market. In the past time, most of research discussed on food processing and nutrition, only a few thesis concerned about the management in the edile oil industy. Thus, we use "Deep Interviewing" method to study the important value chain activities in this case company's producing process. Besides, we discussed the marketing strategy in the edible oil company to find the case company's competition advantage.

国内油脂市场乃以黄豆油为最大宗，有鉴於国内有关油脂类的研究，多偏向食品加工技术、营养方面之探讨，鲜少对食用油脂产业在食品的管理面的分析研究，故本研究特针对食用油脂产业之管理面来探讨食用油脂产业之概况，以「个案研究」的方式，并且对个案公司进行「深度访谈」，除了解个案公司其产品生产过程中重要的价值活动外，以及食用油脂厂商对其产品在市场上的行销策略之探讨，找出个案公司持久竞争优势之所在。

As for the case study, the author finds one friend with the jealousy personality to be the subject. After the case had seen ten movies, including Hemlet, The kid, As Good As It Gets, The Crucible, A Simple Plan, Beyond Silence, Shine, American Beauty, Eyes Wide Shut and Lantana, he will share the thoughts about those movies with some questions. The effects of this research could be explained by two parts. One is to analyze the case's jealousy features and its causes. The other is to discuss the case's mental change by the displacement of roles and catharsis of emotions.

在个案研究方面，笔者找了一位具有猜忌性格的朋友为研究对象，藉由十次观赏影片的过程，共计有《王子复仇记》、《扭转未来》、《爱你在心口难开》、《激情年代》、《绝地计画》、《走出寂静》、《美国心玫瑰情》、《大开眼戒》、《爱情无色无味》等十部片，并与个案晤谈观后的心得，一方面从晤谈内容中分析个案明显的猜忌特徵和可能原因，再方面探讨个案产生角色取替和情绪净化的心理变化，做为解释本研究之成效。

Based on the successful equity issurance by Kenmec Mechanical Engineering Company and the convertible bond offering by Foxconn Technology Group and the failed financing offered by Mosel Vitalic Inc, the following recommendations are made:(1) To the company seeking financing: The importance of evaluating a company's financing structure and industry development, proper selection of financing tools and timing for financing, and to understand the risks and impact of the choice of financing tools,(2) To the investor: the importance of detailed evaluation of the terms of offering and to understand the company's credit status and financial status and industry status, and be aware of the liquidity risk of the investment,(3) to the Securities and Futures Commission : to loosen up conditions for companies seeking financing, to tighten up control of information disclosure after the financing, allow more flexibility for companies seeking financing.

依据广运公司办理现金增资及鸿海公司发行国内转换公司债之筹资成功个案及茂矽公司筹资失败个案研究得到下列建议：对筹资公司的建议：评估企业本身财务结构及产业发展、慎选筹资工具及筹资时机、确实掌握筹资条件并了解筹资风险。对投资人的建议：审慎评估筹资条件、了解筹资公司的债信及产业、注意筹资工具之流动性风险。对主管机关的建议：放宽对筹资公司的事前审核、加重筹资后之资讯揭露、开放筹资的灵活性。

This research will do case study via one particular enterprise and explain how to use this model to construct enterprise ERP environment by participation, observation and interview, in order to achieve the provability purpose of research model.

本研究将以某个案企业进行个案研究，透过实际参与、观察与访谈等方式，说明如何运用此模式，逐步建构该企业ERP 环境，藉此达到研究模式验证的目的。

In the foreword, it is the brief analysis of the creative process of the creative subject, telling readers that what we concern about is the study of the subcreative of the creative subject and the study method and the study content of the dissertation. In the first part, it begins with the definition and the process of the subcreative, stepping into the case study of Ge Fei's subcreative, that is what we will study in the dissertation. In the second part, we try to find out the process of Ge Fei's subcreative according to the study method we mentioned in the foreword through the text analysis of the imago combination and the emotion stream in the Ge Fei's texts. In the third part, we summarize how the times and the readings influence the creative subject, through the analysis of the time when Ge Fei lives and the experiences of Ge Fei's reading. In the epilogue, we generalize the significance of the study of the dissertation, hoping that the Ge Fei's case study we do can give the subsequent researchers some revelation.

全文共有五个部分：引言中通过对创作主体创作过程的简析，提出了本文关注的对象是创作主体的潜创作研究，提出了本文的研究方法和研究的主要内容；第一部分以潜创作的界说和过程入手，进入对格非潜创作的个案研究，即本文的研究对象；第二部分按照引言中提出的研究方法，通过对格非文本中的意象组合和情绪化潜流的文本分析，倒推格非的潜创作过程；第三部分总结性地对格非所处的时代背景分析、对影响格非的阅读经验的梳理，理脉时代和阅读对创作主体的影响和作用；结语是对全篇的总结，简括了对格非潜创作研究的意义，并希望通过格非的个案研究对后来的研究者关注潜创作起到一定的启示作用。

针对个案研究面临的上述问题，本文考察了四种主要处理方式：超越个案的概括、个案中的概括、分析性概括以及扩展个案方法。

The author not only points out the person who examined and approved with the Chinese translation of "Preface for the integral translation of Science and Civilisation in China" and made so many big mistakes in the finalized manuscript for printing because of his empty of qualified English proficiency, of right study-style, and of moral behavior, moreover points out the three big wrong actions in carrying the translation program as a whole - to make SCC Translation and Publication Committee, Academia Sinica, exist in name only; to carry on the fast-food culture policy; and, to act against the right principle, that is, the abilities of the revisers is not higher than the translators and abilities of the finalizers is not higher than revisers.

在进入正文之前，想对此计划缘起略加介绍。我发现已刊SCC全译本已出几册的译文质量令人堪忧，错讹太多，远没有达到卢嘉锡博士在&中译本序&中也指明翻译出版全译本的目标。为供后续各卷册汉译借鉴，一位朋友建议我去纠正全译本已出各册的错讹。我接受了这个建议，计划按卷册顺序进行。本文选择SCC全译本&作者序&而不是第一卷正文作为我的个案研究的首案，另一原因是&作者序&在第一卷卷首。必须指出，经第二审定人终审定稿的第一卷其他部分和第二卷同样存在错讹。我将陆续从SCC全译本前两卷及其他已刊各卷册选取典型个案，评析谬译原因，这项工作不仅可供该译本尚未出版的各卷册的译校审者参考，而且，我发现，还能为笔者个人早就想做的翻译心理学研究提供绝好的素材。
