We underwent a retrospective study which covered a period of four years beginning from 1991 through 1994. During this time, twelve cases with a history of exposure to metaldehyde and reported to the Poison Control Center-Taiwan were included, and the clinical data such as sex, age, cause and route of exposure, dose, symptoms, signs, severity, and duration between exposure and first aid in the hospital were analyzed.

我们在此以回溯性的方式研究由荣总临床毒药物谘询中心，自民国八十年迄八十三年间收集到的十二个电话谘询个案，并且针对这些个案的性别、年龄、中毒原因及途径、剂量、症状、徵候、严重度，以及自中毒迄就医所花费的时间，加以分析及讨论。

The caring period was from May 1 to 22, 2005. The information was collected by observing, interviewing, and physical assessment. The verbal and non-verbal expression of the patient were recorded, sorted, analyzed, and induced. The Gordon 11-item Functional Health Pattern was used to evaluate the patient's health problem. From Maslow's theory of need, the patient was detected with three major nursing problems, including neurolysis, sleep pattern disturbance, and anxiety.

照护期间自2005年5月1日至5月22日，以观察、会谈技巧及身体评估笔方式收集资料，期间共会谈二十次，将个案所表达出语言及非语言行为加以纪录、整理、分析、归类，以Gordon十一项功能性健康型态模式为评估工具，并依Maslow需求层级发现个案存在有疲惫、睡眠型态紊乱及焦虑待三个主要的护理问题。

This article is about adoption of Watson's caring theory for a 38-year-old primigravida, who presented with early uterine contraction and was hospitalized for tocolysis. Clinical data was collected and assessed by interview, observation and body assessment during October 17th and November 15th, 2006. We found the client worried about the fetal health owing to premature labor and felt frustrated about limitations and demands of learning and accomadating herself to high-risk labor, resulting in anxiety, constipation and health-seeking behaviors.

本文在分享运用Watson关怀理论於一位高龄初孕妇因子宫早期收缩住院安胎之护理经验，笔者於民国95年10月17日至11月15日护理期间以会谈、观察及身体评估收集资料，发现个案担忧早发性分娩对胎儿健康造成威胁，及为适应及学习高危险妊娠的限制及需要，引发个案有焦虑、便秘、健康寻求行为的问题。

Results: DS participants had a larger ROMPx (p.05) and a smaller ROMPy (p.05) than those in normal participants (Px: 0.06±0.02m, Py: 0.12±0.03m).

结果：唐氏症个案COP左右偏移范围较正常个案大（p.05），而COP前后偏移范围却较小（p.05）。

Finally, this study makes five suggestions:(1) Reinforce the consciousness and the specialistic techniques of the workers.(2) The workers must empower clients.(3) Stress the treatment in consultation.(4)Differentiate the type of clients who are sheltered.(5) Perfect the services and the policy about family treatment. We hope it can help for the treatment pattern for teenage prostitutes in the sheltery organization and prevent the teenage prostitute more successfully.

最后提出五点建议：一、加强工作人员的自我觉察能力与专业技巧；二、工作人员要有增进个案充权的概念与行动；三、著重辅导层面的处遇；四、区分安置的个案类型；五、健全家庭处遇的服务与政策；期供性交易少女安置处遇之参考，冀使儿少性交易防制工作更臻落实。

In the foreword, it is the brief analysis of the creative process of the creative subject, telling readers that what we concern about is the study of the subcreative of the creative subject and the study method and the study content of the dissertation. In the first part, it begins with the definition and the process of the subcreative, stepping into the case study of Ge Fei's subcreative, that is what we will study in the dissertation. In the second part, we try to find out the process of Ge Fei's subcreative according to the study method we mentioned in the foreword through the text analysis of the imago combination and the emotion stream in the Ge Fei's texts. In the third part, we summarize how the times and the readings influence the creative subject, through the analysis of the time when Ge Fei lives and the experiences of Ge Fei's reading. In the epilogue, we generalize the significance of the study of the dissertation, hoping that the Ge Fei's case study we do can give the subsequent researchers some revelation.

全文共有五个部分：引言中通过对创作主体创作过程的简析，提出了本文关注的对象是创作主体的潜创作研究，提出了本文的研究方法和研究的主要内容；第一部分以潜创作的界说和过程入手，进入对格非潜创作的个案研究，即本文的研究对象；第二部分按照引言中提出的研究方法，通过对格非文本中的意象组合和情绪化潜流的文本分析，倒推格非的潜创作过程；第三部分总结性地对格非所处的时代背景分析、对影响格非的阅读经验的梳理，理脉时代和阅读对创作主体的影响和作用；结语是对全篇的总结，简括了对格非潜创作研究的意义，并希望通过格非的个案研究对后来的研究者关注潜创作起到一定的启示作用。
