We got the result: Bufo Raddei Strauch Tadpole (1) Bufo Raddei Strauch Tadpole was capable of lens regeneration, which originated from the epithelial cells at iris dorsal margin by dipigmentation.(2) Dipigmentation of Bufo Raddei Strauch by two methods: one was licked up by amoebocyte, the other one was flowed from the pigment cells.(3) In the lens regeneration cells of Bufo Raddei Strauch profiles of the mitochondria became complicated ribosome manifold, and the endoplasmic reticulum was cisternal dilation. During the process of deferentiation of lens fiber the cell nucleolus became little and chromatin shrinked.(4)The crystalline electrophoresis of Bufo Raddei Strauch Tadpole lens regeneration showed that during lens regeneration P-crystalline was expressed earliest then was γ-crystalline and α-crystallin, this result is consistent with newt.

结果表明：花背蟾蜍蝌蚪(1)具有晶状体再生的能力，其晶状体的再生来源于虹膜背缘的上皮细胞；(2)虹膜背缘去色素是转分化的前提，主要有两种方式：一种也是最主要的方式是在晶状体被摘除后虹膜外侧产生巨噬细胞，巨噬细胞吞噬虹膜色素上皮细胞中的色素颗粒；另一种方式是虹膜色素上皮细胞自身释放色素颗粒；(3)电镜观察发现虹膜色素上皮细胞转分化过程中线粒体有明显变化，核糖体增多，粗面内质网增多，晶状体纤维分化过程中细胞核逐渐凝聚；(4)SDS-PAGE电泳发现，花背蟾蜍蝌蚪晶状体再生中相关蛋白表达顺序与有尾类蝾螈相似，蛋白表达顺序依次是β-晶状体蛋白、γ-晶状体蛋白和α-晶状体蛋白，并且后两种蛋白几乎同时表达。

It was seen that strain 6055 generated three kinds of dextransucrases whose molecular weights were 151 kDa,142kDa and 117kDa,respectively.Among them,the former two ones were found both in supematants and cell wall,while the later was only found in the fermentation liquor.Strain DM 1-2 synthesized two kinds of dextransucrases,and their molecular weights were 183kDa and 142kDa,respectively.The former existed both in cell wall and out of cell,but the later only was located on cell surface.Strain PC 13 produced three kinds of dextransucrases,and their molecular weights were 148kDa, 138kDa and 115kDa,respectively.The former two ones were ectoenzyme while the later was linked to cell.Resembled to strain 6055,strain L4 produced two types of dextransucrases coexisting in supernatants and cell wall with molecular weights of 145 kDa and 136kDa,respectively,but the dextransucrase of 115kDa was only found in free-cells supernatants.

结果显示，菌株6055可产生分子量分别为151kDa、142kDa和117kDa的三种葡聚糖蔗糖酶，其中前两者同时存在于上清液中和细胞表面，而后者只存在于上清液当中；菌株DM1-2可以产生两种葡聚糖蔗糖酶，分子量分别为183kDa和142kDa，前者同时存在于上清液中和细胞表面，而后者仅能存在于细胞表面；菌株PC13可以产生分子量分别为148 kDa、138 kDa和115kDa的三种葡聚糖蔗糖酶，前两者属于胞外酶，而后者与细胞相连；与菌株6055相似，菌株L4可以产生两种同时存在于上清液和细胞表面的葡聚糖蔗糖酶，分子量分别为145 kDa和136kDa，而分子量为115kDa的葡聚糖蔗糖酶只存在于上清液中。

The adenohypophysis have six-cell types in common,i.e adrenocorticotro-phs,lactot-rophs,somatotrophs,gonadotrophs, thyrotrophs, and Melanotroph cells. In neurohypophysis, there were three types of neurosecretory fibres, types A1,A2 and B.There were different typesgranules in type A neurosecretory fibres axone.In type B neurosecretory fibres axone, there were many small transparent vesicles.

结果表明：长吻魷脑垂体包括腺垂体和神经垂体两个部分，腺垂体组织中有六种分泌细胞即促肾上腺皮质激素分泌细胞、催乳激素分泌细胞、生长激素分泌细胞、促性腺激素分泌细胞、促甲状腺激素分泌细胞、促黑色素细胞刺激激素分泌细胞；神经垂体组织中存在A型(A_1、A_2)和B型神经分泌纤维，A型分泌纤维轴突中具有不同类型的分泌颗粒，B型分泌纤维轴突中含有许多透明小囊泡。

In order to investigate the role of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 in the pathogenesis of glomerulonephritis, ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 expression were evaluated from both protein and gene level by in vivo and in vitro study, We have conducted (1) immunocytochemical analysis and in situ hybridization to examine the alteration in expression of ICAM-1 and it's relationship with interstitial infiltrating cells and TNFα; A total of 64 renal biopsies were classified in three groups according to the degree of cellular proliferation and infiltration in glomerulus;(2) indirect immunofluoresence and immunoblotting. methods to detect the VCAM-1 level both in renal tissue and in serum from the patients of lupus nephritis (17cases) and crescentic nephritis (4 cases);(3) Cell ELISA and northern blot technique to study the effects of TNFα and IL-1β on ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 surface expression and gene expression by cultured human mesangial cells .

为了探讨ICAM-1和VCAM-1在肾小球疾病中的作用，本文从蛋白质和基因两个水平，整体（研究ICAM-1时根据肾小球内细胞增生和浸润程度，将64例病人分为A.B.C三组）和细胞培养两个方面，做了如下工作，（1）利用免疫细胞化学和原位杂交技术观察了ICAM-1在64例肾小球疾病患者中的表达及其与间质浸润细胞、TNFα之间的关系；（2）利用间接免疫荧光和膜免疫印迹方法检测了VCAM-1在17例狼疮肾炎和4例新月体肾炎病人肾组织及血清中的表达；（3）利用细胞ELISA和Northern杂交技术研究了IL-1β或TNFα对体外培养的人肾小球系膜细胞ICAM-1和／或VCAM-1表面表达及mRNA表达的调节作用。

Result: Schwann-like cells disperse in the hole of nerve graft at oneweek under Scanning Electronic Microscope, the processes of thesatellite-like cells adhere to the wall of graft.There was no statisticaldifference of activity of cells in both group(P＞0.05) using MTT. At 12weeks,the result of appearance, histology and TEM were similar, therewere no statistical difference in SFI%, NEP and quantitative analysis ofrecovery rate of myelinated fiber populations, diameter of myelinatedfiber and thickness of myelin sheat.

结果：1w后扫描电镜下可见接种的类Schwann细胞分散在材料表面的孔隙内，细胞形态为星状，细胞突起与支架管壁粘附；MTT法测定细胞活性示神经支架组在各时间点与对照组无显著性差异P＞0.05；12w时两组动物坐骨神经外观、组织学光镜观察、透射电镜观察结果相似、两组坐骨神经功能指数恢复率、神经电生理、再生有髓神经纤维计数恢复率、神经纤维直径恢复率、髓鞘厚度恢复率等指标相比无显著性差异(P＞0.05)。

RESULTS: Olfactory bulb-derived olfactory ensheathing cells adhered to the wall at 24 hours. Olfactory mucosa-derived olfactory ensheathing cells adhered to the wall at 4-5 days. The morphology of the two kinds of cells was similar. Most of them were bipolar and spindle-shaped, and few were tripolar and flat.
