This new platform, considering the relationship among teaching, learning and managing, solving the conflict of resources share and intelligence prosperity, adopting latest theory on learning and mature technology, has more advantages than the existing platform. Firstly, it integrates the advantages of Internet and Satellite communication system and achieves the seamless connection. The purpose of this thesis is to use finite element software ANSYS to analyze the mechanical behavior of thin-walled SUS304 stainless steel tubes with elliptic-notched subjected to curvature-controlled symmetric cyclic bending. The mechanical behavior contains the relationship among curvature, bending moment and ovalization. There are two kinds of the elliptic-notch.

Discusses the impact on the indoor particle pollutant from fresh air volume,fresh air filtration efficiency and outdoor air particle in the FCU+OA and two kinds of VAV air-conditioning systems. At the end of this paper it is poinped out that all-air system with mid-filtration can improve the capability of fresh air dilution and re indoor particle in a great deal and thus satisfy the requirements of health and comfort of occupants.

In addition, we studied the distribution of mitochondria in metaphase Ⅱ rabbit oocytes, zygotes and early embryos by two active mitochondria dyes and revealed the change of active mitochondria during early development of rabbit embryos. We also found that the distribution of microfilaments and microtubules have similar patterns to that of active mitochondria, which is an important basis for further development of animal cloning study using the recipient oocytes derived from rabbit.
