结果：15只小鼠感染旋毛虫后2wk即可检出抗体，467例旋毛虫病患者的抗体阳性率为86.5％，而丝虫病、包虫病患者各45例和健康人血清56份均为阴性。48份并殖吸虫病患者的交叉反应率为16.67％。
