This conference is held by The Chinese Congress of Neurological Surgeons, the Editorial Committees of Chinese Journal of Neurosurgery, Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Neurosurgery, Chinese Journal of Neuro-oncology and Chinese Journal of Neurosurgical Disease Research. The Neurosurgical Sodality of the 3 Northeast Provinces and Neurosurgical Institution of Harbin Medical University (The Department of Neurosurgery of the First Clinical College of Harbin Medical University) are the organizers of the conference.
