丛生

In the study, Rosa hybrida cv.Samantha was chosen as experimental material of culture in vitro. The regeneration system was established, from the shoots, through induction of clustered buds and neoformation of adventitious roots.

在本项目研究中，选以&Samantha&月季的嫩梢等为外植体，经过丛生芽的诱导及其不定根的再生，建立了&Samantha&的离体培养再生体系。

Flowering shoots mostly clustered, with solitary l flowers at top, sessile and enclosed basally by clustered upper leaves; calyx tube tinged purple, obconical, 10-12mm long, lobes of the same shape as upper leaves; corolla long-bell-shaped, 5-6cm long, 2.5cm across, lobes ovate, plaits regular or slightly oblique, praemorse at rim ; stamens borne in lower part of corolla tube, regular ,filaments blue, awl-shaped ,united at base and surrounding ovary , anthers yellow, narrow—oblong, ovary narrow-ellipsoid, style linear, stigma 2-fid, lobes linear ,recurved.

花枝多丛生，花单生枝顶，基部包围在上部叶丛中，无花梗；花萼筒带紫色，倒锥形，长10~12mm ，裂片与上部叶同形；花冠长钟形，长5~6cm ，径约2.5cm ，裂片卵圆形，褶整齐或微偏斜，边缘啮蚀状；雄蕊着生于冠筒下部，整齐，花丝蓝色，钻形，基部联合包围子房，花药黄色，狭矩圆形，花柱线形，柱头2裂，裂片反卷，线形。

子房倒心形，2或3裂和2或3室，密被具瘤，在小瘤上丛生星状和被绒毛；胚珠1每室；在子房裂片之间的花柱；柱头2或3裂。

Leaves radical, tufted; peti- ole slender,(2–)4–9(–11) cm; leaf blade orbiculate, orbiculate-elliptic, or ovate, variable even on same plant,(0.5–)1.5–5 ×(0.3–)1.5–5.5 cm, thinly leathery, abaxially pale green, adaxially dark green, base truncate, subcordate, or attenuate and shortly decurrent into petiole, margin apiculately obtuse-serrate, rarely subentire, and often undulate, apex rounded to truncate and sometimes minutely retuse; secondary veins 3 or 4 on each side of midvein.

叶胚根，丛生； peti纤细的ole，(2-)4-9(-11)厘米；叶片圆形，圆形的椭圆形，或卵形，即使在相同的植株上也易变，( 0.5-)1.5-5 *(0.3-)1.5-5.5 厘米，薄革质，背面的苍绿色，正面深绿色，基础截形，近心形，或渐狭和短下延成叶柄，次脉在中脉两边各3或4。

There are 18 species of Paphiopedilum in China. Most of them grow in limestone regions and are epiphytic or terrestrial. There are two types of leaves mottled leaves and green leaves. 国产兜兰野生种共有18种，主要分布于热带过渡地区，主产西南各省区；大多数种类生长于石灰岩山地，多为半附生兰，呈丛生生长，另一部分生长于酸性砂岩面的腐叶土上，多为地生兰，呈单株生长或分蘖状散生；大部分兜兰分布于较高海拔地区；国产兜兰属中最原始的短瓣亚属绝大部分种类仅分布在滇东南地区与贵州、广西连成一片的岩溶地貌的石灰岩地区，而兜兰属中较进化的兜兰亚属大部分种类在本区皆有分布。
