目的：对海南省新生儿疾病筛查情况进行分析，了解海南省新生儿苯丙酮尿症、先天性甲状腺功能低下症、葡萄糖6-磷酸脱氢酶缺乏症(G-6-PDD)的发病率。方法：对出生72h后的7412名新生儿采集足跟血制作血滤纸干标本，PKU筛查采用荧光定量法检测滤纸干血斑中Phe含量；CH筛查采用时间分辨荧光免疫法检测滤干血斑中TSH含量；G6PD缺乏的筛查采用荧光斑点定性试验测定G6PD活性。

结果：确立超声波法进行红细胞溶血，36.5%浓盐酸与丙酮的体积为1%的血红素抽提液，与溶血液的体积比为5∶1抽提10分钟，最终可从新鲜猪血中得到红素6.0 g/L，纯度达99.8%。

Results: Comparing with movement fatigue group, blood glucose contents were significantly increased but oxypropionic acid and urea nitrogen contents were significantly increased; testosterone and T/C were significantly advanced, myocardium SOD activity was significantly increased, while MDA was significantly decreased in cluytyl alcohol preparation group.

结果：和运动疲劳组相比，补充二十八烷醇制剂组大鼠血糖显著升高，血乳酸、血尿素氮显著降低；T、T/C比值显著增高，心肌SOD活性显著增强，MDA含量显著降低，且效果优于丙酮酸－肌酸组。
