Polyols can be divided into latex polyol and dispersion polyolaccording to the way of preparation. In this paper, acrylic latex polyol and acrylic dispersionpolyol were synthesized respectively. One kind waterborne polyisocyanate, which was waterbornehexamethylenediisocyanate trimer, was obtained by hydrophilic modification. Andisophorone diisocyanate trimer (T1890E), which can formulate into 2K-WPU coatings withpolyols, was selected from the unmodified polyisocyanates.

本文合成了两种羟基组分：丙烯酸乳胶多元醇和丙烯酸分散体多元醇，亲水改性得到了一种水性多异氰酸酯组分：水性六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体，同时在未改性的多异氰酸酯组分中遴选了一种多异氰酸酯：异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯三聚体(T1890E)，可用来组成双组分水性聚氨酯涂料。
