In chapter three, molecular imprinting chiral stationary phases against amino acid derivatives utilizing 2-vinylpyridine+acrylamide (2-VP+AM) as combined functional monomers were prepared. Comparing combined functional monomer 2-VP+AM with AM and methacrylic acid+2-VP, the former, 2-VP+AM showed higher imprinting ability. Explanation was given according to the compatibleness between the functional monomer and the imprinted molecule.

第三章系统考察了复合功能单体2-乙烯基吡啶+丙烯酰胺制备氨基酸衍生物分子烙印手性固定相的情况，发现复合功能单体2-乙烯基吡啶+丙烯酰胺烙印体系与丙烯酰胺及复合功能单体2-乙烯基吡啶+甲基丙烯酸烙印体系相比，对氨基酸衍生物表现出更好的烙印能力，验证了功能单体与烙印分子之间存在着匹配性的观点。

On the base of molecular structure design, the mechanism and technique of the synthesis of 2-(acryloyloxy ethyl trimethyl-ammonium chloride/2-acrylamido-2methylpropane sulfonic acid/acrylamide (AETMAC/AMPS/AM) amphoteric terpolymers by radical co-polymerization in aqueous solution was studied systematically.

依据分子结构设计理论，将2—丙烯酰氧乙基—三甲基氯化铵/2—丙烯酰胺基—2—甲基丙烷磺酸/丙烯酰胺(AETMAC/AMPS/AM)三种单体进行水溶液自由基共聚，合成了AP系列两性离子聚合物。

Two classes of specific binding sites in the polymer matrix were investigated by Scatchard analysis, which indicated that two kinds of complexes between functional monomers and templates were formed before the polymerization process. Comparing with the structure of TNT and acrylamide, one kind of complex between TNT and acrylamide was strongly charge-transfer complexing interaction by p-πcomplex between electron-rich amino group of acrylamide and electron-deficiecy-benzene ring of TNT, the other was hydrogen bonding interaction between amino group (-NH_2) of acrylamide molecule nitro group (-NO_2) of TNT.

Temperature-sensitive hydrogels P(NIPA-co-DiAB) with aromatic group as hydrophobe was were prepared by free radical micellar crosslinking copolymerization with N-isopropyl acrylamide, N,N-dially benzylamine as comonomers, N,N-methylene-bis-acrylamide as crosslinker, sodium dodecyl sulfate as surfactant and ammonium persulfatetetramethylethylenediamine as initiator system.
