ABSTRACT Immobilized penicillin acylase (from E.coli) was used to catalyze 7 phenylacetamido 3 E propenyl cephalosporanic acid hydrolyzation into 7 amino 3 E propenyl cephalosporanic acid. Then, trans APRA was acylated with hydroxyethyl ester of 4 hydroxy D phenylglycine to obtain trans cefprozil.

以7 苯乙酰氨基 3 E 丙烯基 3 头孢菌素 4 羧酸为原料，在青霉素酰化酶作用下，首先酶法水解得到3 E 丙烯基 3 头孢菌素 4 羧酸，过滤固相酶，滤液调pH分离得到反式APRA固体；在青霉素酰化酶作用下，反式APRA再与对羟基苯甘氨酸乙二醇酯缩合，得到反式头孢丙烯；酶法合成所得的产品与进口反式头孢丙烯对照品一致。

Results It showed that the serum active enzymatic of 5′-NT in hepatic and gall diseases,osteal diseases levels were increase, especially the more significant increase of the serum active enzymatic of 5′-NT in level appeared in the patients with hepatic and gall diseases,osteal diseases .

目的 检测各型肝胆疾病、骨骼疾病患者血清5′-核苷酸酶(5′-NT)，谷丙转氨酶和γ-谷氨酰转肽酶，碱性磷酸酶酶活性的变化，观察在肝胆疾病和骨骼疾病中的临床意义，同时与正常健康者作对照。

Results:There were no abdominal pain and fever,jaundice faded away gradually postoperation.Biliary drainage was 300ml-1000ml/d more or less.Colour of bile changed into normal by degrees.Intra peritoneal drainage was open and the colour was light bloody.Amount of drainage dropped off day after day.Whole blood cell test, serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase,serum glutamic oxalacetic transarninase,total serum protein,serum albumin and serum globulin returned to normal in first week postoperation.Serum bilirubin,serum glutamyltranspetidase and serum alkaline phosphatase declined gradually in first week postoperation.T-tube was clipped at twelfth day postoperation.T-tube Cholangiography was clear at 24~ day postoperation.

结果：术后无上腹部绞痛、高热，黄疸逐渐减退，每日引流胆汁300ml-1000ml不等，由淡黄色混浊、内有胆泥过渡到金黄色清亮的正常胆汁，腹腔引流通畅，引流液为淡红色，量从最初的200ml迅速过渡到10ml，血常规、血清谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白等1周内均恢复正常，血清总胆红素、直接胆红素、间接胆红素、谷氨酰转肽酶、碱性磷酸酶逐渐下降，术后12d夹闭T管，术后24d T管造影提示左、右肝管及胆总管下端通畅，无狭窄。

PBMC treated with inhibitor N-tosyl phenylalanine chlormethyl ketone, Astragalus can increase the activity of NF-κ B and the concentration of IL-8 in patients with PNS. it also increases the the activity of NF-κ B in normal children , but can ' t affected the concentration of IL-8 in normal children. ConclusionIn patients with PNS , the activity of NF-κ B was up-regulated and the level of IL-8 was significantly elevated.

结果肾病患儿 NF-κ B 活性及 IL-8含量增高，2者呈正相关； IL-1β刺激后，黄芪降低肾病患儿 NF-κ B 活性及 IL-8含量、降低正常儿童 NF-κ B 活性而不影响 IL-8含量；用对甲苯磺酰-L-苯丙氨酸氯甲基甲酮抑制后，黄芪可提高肾病患儿 NF-κ B 活性及 IL-8含量、提高正常儿童 NF-κ B 活性；而不影响 IL-8含量。

One L-glutamic acid high-producing strain TN6319 with genetic maker (FEA~r+KMA~r+SG~r ) was screened through shake tube primary screening ,shake flask second screening,genetic marker test and single clone isolation and continuous passage cultibation.this strain could produce L-glutamic 72.9g/L after fermentation 42h under the fermentation without being optimized.
