For determining the kind of motor vehicles most suitable for rural transport in roiling terrain, 5 kinds of trucks and 4 kinds of farm tractors with trailers werc used for service test running in asphalt, macadam and earthen roads in Shansi Province.

Different parts of twenty dominant plant species in five plantation communities on the subtropical hilly lands in Heshan of Gunagdong as well as the litters from three of the five plantation communities were sampled, and their gross caloric value and ash content were measured by using a PARR-1281 oxygen bomb calorimeter and a muffle furnace.
