The goal of this thesis is to protect fair competition of the market and consumer's rights and interests, chapter one is the introduction, the aim and the motive of the research and research range; Chapter two is the advertising summary, recommend meaning , introduce the regulation of false or misleading advertisement in our country and foreign countries; Chapter three collects the cases regarding false, untrue or misleading advertisement from Consumer Protection Law and Fair Trade Law, as well as the documents and theories in order to form important basis to make out a set of judgment criterion with four stages to determent a false, untrue or misleading advertisement at Chapter four. Chapter five focuses on the civil liabilities of advertising media of the advertising agency; Chapter six is the conclusion which gives suggestion to improve recent determination structure on false, untrue or misleading advertisement.

本文以保护市场之公平竞争以及消费者权益的角度为出发，第一章为绪论，说明研究动机研究方法与研究范围；第二章为不实广告概述，介绍不实广告之意义以及我国与国外对其之法律规范作说明；第三章为收集消费者保护法与公平交易法的相关案例以及文献与学说形成判断不实广告架构的重要依据，而在第四章对於我国判断不实广告之原则做个重新建构，按虚伪不实与引人错误系两种不同之概念，本文依其拟制出一套新四阶段的不实广告判断准则；第五章系整理不实广告的关系人企业主、广告媒体业、广告代理业之民事责任并分析其所负之责任；第六章为结论并提出改善我国不实广告之判断准则之建议。

The main content of the study includes: the policy variables are classified into two types, which are continuous policy variable and discrete policy variable, and the two variable is analyzed respectively; as to the continuous policy variable, use reasonable weighting to synthesize comprehensive policy indicator to reflect the comprehensiveness of each main policy indicator; undertake regression analysis for the comprehensive policy indicator, economic and stock market variable and get the effect of all kinds of comprehensive policy indictor variables on the economy and stock market; undertake regression analysis for data on the economic indicator and the data on the stock market and get the relationship between the economy and the stock market; use event research method to analyze its effect on the stock market and get some corresponding conclusions; structure the differential or difference equation groups on the interactive relationship among the variable economy, stock market and policy and do the difference operation and constitute simultaneous equation with the original main variables one after another; use quantitative regression method and solve the coefficient of the simultaneous equation to predict the operating tendency.

本研究主要内容包括：将政策变量划分为连续性政策变量和离散政策变量两个类型，并分别进行分析；对于连续性政策变量，采取合理的权重来合成政策综合指标，反映各主要政策指标的综合力度大小；将各政策综合指标与经济、股市变量进行回归分析，获得各类政策综合指标变量对经济、股市影响程度的大小；将经济指标数据与股市数据进行回归分析，获得经济与股市之间关系的大小；采取事件研究方法来分析其对股市的影响程度；构建关于经济、股市与政策各主要变量之间互动关系的微分或差分方程组，进行差分运算，并以此与原来各主要变量组成联立方程；运用计量回归方法，求出联立方程系数用于预测。

The paper first constructs the relating technology framework between coal low temperature self-heating thermal properties parameters and spontaneous combustion, by means of testing on coal samples of diffusibility relative to oxygen, gas-producing simulation in self-ignition process, adiabatic oxidation process, coal spontaneous combustion processing simulation, coal basic physical and chemical parameters, thermal analysis by differential scanning calorimeter , differential thermal analyzer , Thermogravimeter .

通过对试验煤样进行煤对氧的扩散特性试验、煤自然发火过程中气体产物模拟实验、DSC差示扫描量热热分析测试、DTA与TG热分析测试、煤自然发火绝热氧化过程试验、煤自然发火过程模拟试验、煤基础物理化学参数测试的试验研究，就煤对氧的扩散与吸附特性、煤自燃氧化过程中的热力特性与气体产物特性及其与煤自然发火过程之间的相关特性进行了较系统的研究，初步建立了煤低温氧化自热热物理特性参数与煤自然发火之间相关联的技术内涵。

In order to testify our whether correction to Rossi's exchange term andthe potential of electron and nucleus is reasonable, we calculate 〓 moleculeelastic differential scattering cross section by electron impact on 100eV, ourresult is obviously better than Rossi's. Then we calculate elastic differentialscattering cross section at 150eV. In order to check the program thatcalculates molecule excitation cross section by electron impact, we calculatehydrogen excitation cross section from ground state to 〓 state at 20eVand 30eV, oxygen excitation cross section from ground state to 〓 state at15eV and 20eV. These calculations are in agreement with other theoreticresults, and experiment measure. Finally, we calculate sulfur moleculeexcitation〓 cross section by electron impact at5eV,7eV,9eV, 11eV, 13eV,15eV, and draw curve of excitation total crosssection corresponding to incident electron energy.

为了核对我们修改的计算激发态的程序是否正确，计算了电子与氢分子碰撞从基态激发到〓态入射能量分别为20eV和30eV时的微分截面以及电子与氧分子碰撞从基态激发到〓态入射能量分别为15eV和20eV时的微分截面，与别人的理论计算结果、实验的测量值基本一致，最后计算了电子与硫分子在5eV、7eV、9eV、11eV、13eV、15eV时的碰撞激发〓截面，作出了电子的入射能量与激发总截面的关系曲线，找出了总截面最大时对应的电子入射能量大约是11电子伏。

TT models, this paper established a new one of "subject omission", designating the overlapped part of the "input variance" and the "output variance", also the common part in both "semantic translation and "communicative translation". Thus, this new strategy not only gets popular with foreign readers, but also conveys and transferred the original flavor. It effectively absorbs the valid ingredients of the "disembodiment approach, and is proposed as a partly foreignization strategy, which are both initiated in this paper. Starting from the definition and function of subject omission, this paper illustrates its correlations with the characteristics of classical Chinese, features of poetic syntax and translation standard, followed by its close intimacy with the many traits of poetic aesthetics.

本文从马藤和纽马克的翻译模型出发，找到了input variance和 output variance，也即 Semantic Translation 与 Communicative Translation 中重叠的部分，即既能为外语读者所熟悉，又能体现原诗风格意境的结点：主语省略，融合了西洋翻译实验中"脱体句法"的合理成分，建立了诗歌翻译和主语省略关系的新模型，提出了中文诗歌部分异化的策略(与荷尔马斯诗歌翻译策略之三吻合)本文首先从主语省略的定义及功能入手，分别阐述了其与文言文的语言特征，诗歌句法的特征及与翻译标准之间的内在联系，及其与诗歌美学众特征之间的紧密联系。

This study was a qualitative research, which conducted in-depth interviews with the undertakers, supervisors, team leaders of the substitute service in draftee requisition agencies (National Police Agency, Ministry of the Interior), training agencies (First and Fourth Corps of Special Police) and duty service units (municipal and county police bureaus), as well as focus group interview with draftees in duty service units/ Based on literature review, theoretic discussion, and empirical research, the data were compared and cross validated, so as to identify the root causes and responding method.
