The mechanical behavior of Shape Memory Alloys material is tested, and the constitutive model of the SMA is established. A kind of SMA combined rubber isolator is developed, and the isolation effect of the SMA combined rubber isolator for long-span bridge and tall building structures is numerically simulated, from which the adaptive isolation performance and the self-restoring capacity of the SMA combined rubber isolator are verified. A kind of SMA damper is developed, the mechanical behavior of the SMA damper is tested, and the model of restoring force of the SMA damper is established. The theory and method of adaptive control based on the SMA damper for the long-span bridge are built, and the effectiveness and reliability of the adaptive control for the long-span bridge using the SMA damper are verified through numerical simulation and model test. The MRF-04K type magnetorheological damper is developed, the mechanical behavior of the MR damper is tested, and the model of restoring force of the MR damper is established. The theory and method of adaptive control based on the MR damper for the long-span bridge and tall building structures are built, and the effectiveness and reliability of the adaptive control for the long-span bridge and tall building structures using the MR damper are verified through numerical simulation and model test. In addition, the theory and method of sub-structural damage identification for long-span bridge are derived, the influence of soil-structure dynamic interaction on the seismic isolation and control effects with different isolation and control measures and the damage responses and the sliding base-isolation of large structures under the excitation of underground explosion are investigated.

试验研究了形状记忆合金材料的力学性能，建立了SMA材料的本构模型；研制了一种SMA复合橡胶隔震支座，数值仿真分析了应用SMA复合橡胶支座的大跨桥梁和高层建筑结构的隔震效果，从而验证了SMA复合橡胶支座的自适应隔震性能及其震后自恢复能力；研制了一种SMA阻尼器，试验研究了SMA阻尼器的力学性能，建立了SMA阻尼器的恢复力模型，建立了基于SMA阻尼器的大跨桥梁结构自适应控制理论与方法，通过数值仿真与模型试验验证了大跨桥梁结构SMA阻尼器自适应控制的有效性与可靠性；研制了一种MRF-04K型磁流变阻尼器，试验研究了MR阻尼器的力学性能，建立了MR阻尼器的恢复力模型，建立了基于MR阻尼器的大跨桥梁和高层建筑结构的自适应控制理论与方法，通过数值仿真和模型试验验证了大跨桥梁和高层建筑结构MR阻尼器自适应控制的有效性与可靠性；还建立了大跨桥梁结构的子结构损伤识别的理论与方法，研究了土-结构动力相互作用对不同隔震和控制措施的减震控制效果的影响以及地下爆炸波作用下各类大型结构的灾害响应与滑移隔震。

According to geological characteristics of mineral area,geological conditions of mineralization,geochemical characteristics,material sources of mineralization,mineralization patterns,as well as physical and chemical conditions of mineralization,it summarize the mineralization pattern and genesis of ore deposit of Xianghualing mining areas,considering that mineralization materials in this deposit mainly come from magma,genesis patterns of deposit include high-temperature gas-liquid Nb、Ta deposit related to albitization laying in or on the edge of granite rock bodies,median-high temperature Skarn Sn,Be deposit related to skarnized laying at the inner contact-belt of granite and carbonate rock bodies;median-high temperature cassiterite -sulphide mineral deposit related to skamized laying at outer contact-belt of granite and carbonate rock bodies and median-low temperature hydrothermal liquid Pb-Zn-Ag deposit related to silicification,fluorite, propylitization laying in wall rocks;Series of generalized magma- hydrothermal liquid type Sn-polymatellitic related to magmatic activity in Yanshan period as a whole.

Taking Changling County, Zhenlai County and Da'an City of Jilin Province as researchareas, based on remote sensing data, graphics operation and spatial analysis are carried out indifferent points of views, including temporal, spatial, scale and landscapeetc; all aspects analysis of this dissertation are abstractively expressed by digital graphics andseries of curves which are not stick to one pattern to discussing multi-dimension andcomplicated attributes of the salinized process. Linking up temporal-spatial characteristicswith landscape indices while combining mathematics model and Geo-informatic TUPUmodel, this dissertation puts forward the fundamental frame: temporal-spatial evolvementpattern, spatial extension process analysis and landscape characteristics analysis of salinizedland. Temporal-spatial evolvement pattern analysis extracts the essential quantity features andtransformation modes of salinized land, and also analyzes patches spatial geometricalparameters scale feature; spatial extending process analysis discusses the change rate andecological modes; landscape feature analysis utilizes landscape graphics indices to describesalinized land microcosmic graphics features and changes.

信息图谱模型为土地盐碱化研究提供了一种谱系化、定量化与定位化相结合的研究方法，本文选取吉林省西部盐碱化典型区域长岭县、镇赉县、大安市作为研究区，以遥感影像为基础数据，在GIS技术支持下，从时空变化、尺度效应、景观特征等多个角度对盐碱化土地进行图形运算、空间分析，通过不拘一格的数字化图形、曲线系列抽象表达出不同维度上的特征与规律，探讨土地盐碱化过程的多维性与复杂性，将盐碱化土地时空特征与景观特征衔接、数学模型与图谱模型结合，以盐碱化土地时空演变基本模式、空间扩展过程和景观特征分析为框架构建盐碱化土地信息图谱模型研究体系，发挥图谱模型数据挖掘、知识发现的特长，将宏观动态变化与微观特征相联系，进一步挖掘土地盐碱化过程与人类活动影响的关系，为探索研究区盐碱化土地成因、过程，预测其未来发展变化趋势及其对环境影响提供相关科学依据。

Soil available N was positively correlated with spore density of Salvia miltiorrhiza and Dioscorea opposite, and hyphal and total percent colonization of Adenophora borealis, while negatively correlated with arbuscular colonization of Aster tataricus; Soil available P exhibited a positive correlation with arbuscular colonization of Salvia miltiorrhiza and vesicular colonization of Dioscorea opposite, while a negative correlation with spore density of Platycodon grandiflorus and vesicular colonization of Atractylodes macrocephala; Spore density of Bupleurum Chinense had a positive affection with soil organic matter; Soil pH was negatively correlated with hyphal and total colonization of Adenophora borealis and spore density of Bupleurum chinense, while positively correlated with spore density of Adenophora borealis.

The thesis has three theoretic fundamentals. The first basis is the theory of international relation, which contains several concepts such as state interest, international cooperation, international regimes , international governance, international negotiation democracy and international political economy. The second one is the game theory, which includes such concepts as game theory, Nash equilibrium and Pareto optimum, six basic game graphs are prisoner's dilemma, boxed pigs, chicken, hegemony, stag bant and battle of the sexes, the major factors are information communication, benefits allocation, hegemony power, time ＆ repeated and player number etc. The third one is the theory of environmental economics, whose prime concepts are public good, externality, free riding and market failure, but the methods to internalize externality are cap ＆ trade , carbon taxes and policy ＆ measures .

本文有3个理论基础：一是国际关系理论，其基本概念包括：国家利益、国际合作、国际制度、国际治理、国际谈判民主制和国际政治经济学；二是博弈论，其基本概念包括：博弈论、纳什均衡与帕累托最优，所采用的6种基本博弈图式为，囚徒困境博弈、智猪博弈、斗鸡博弈、盟主博弈、捕鹿博弈和性别战博弈，影响博弈结局的要素主要是，信息与沟通、利益分配与利益选择、盟主与引导力量、时间与重复博弈、博弈者数量的影响；三是环境经济学理论，其基本概念包括：公共物品、外部性、搭便车和市场失灵，解决外部性的基本方法是，限量与交易、碳税和政策与措施。

Results l.Serum concentrations of VCAM-1 in PIH (93.39 + 57.3)ug/ml were higher than that in normal pregnant group. Serum concentrations of VCAM-1 in moderate(97.89 + 34.07)ug/ml and severe PIH(132.24 + 60.97)ug/ml were significantly higher than that in normal group.(P.05, P.01). There was no difference between serum levels of VCAM-1 mild PIH and normal pregnant group. 2.Serum levels of IL-6 in PIH group(102.17 ?48. 31)pg/ml were significantly higher than that in normal group(49.16 + 12.9)pg/ml.Serum levels of IL-6 in moderate(95.79+31.19)pg/ml and severe PIH( 127.27+11.3 8)pg,ml were significantly higher than that in normal group. There was no difference between serum levels of PIH in mild PIH (52.13 + 12.90)pg/ml and normal pregnant group. 3. In PIH group, serum concentrations of VCAM-1 correlate with the levels of IL-6,r=0.63. 4.The expression of VCAM-1 in cytotrophoblast of spiral arteries in normal pregnant group(100%) were significantly higher than that in PIH group.Theexpression of VCAM-1 in moderate PIH(37.50%) and sever PIH were lower than that in normal group.There was no difference between the mild PIH and normal group.Conclusions The increased levels of serum of VCAM-1 may participate in the process of vascular endothelium damages in PIH.

结果 1、妊高征组血清VCAM-1浓度为(93.39±57.3)μg／ml明显高于正常妊娠组(44.87±15.60)μg／ml，差别有显著性(P＜0.05)；中、重度妊高征组VCAM-1浓度分别为(97.89±34.07)μg／ml和(132.24±60.97)μg／ml，与正常妊娠组比较，差异有显著性(p＜0.05)和非常显著性(P＜0.01)；轻度妊高征组VCAH-1为(48.46±15.60)μg／ml与正常妊娠组比较，差异无显著性(P＞0.05)。2、妊高征组血清IL-6含量为(102.17±48.31)pg／ml，明显高于正常妊娠组(49.16+12.9)pg／ml，差异有非常显著性(P＜0.01)；中、重度妊高征组IL-6含量分别(95.79±31.19)pg／ml和(127.27±11.38)pg／ml，与正常妊娠组比较，差异有显著性(P＜0.05)和非常显著性(P＜0.01)；轻度妊高征组IL-6含量为(52.13±12.90)pg／ml与正常妊娠组比较，差异无显著性(P＞0.05)。3、VCAM-1与IL-6水平呈明显正相关，r=0.63(P＜0.01)。4、子宫胎盘床螺旋动脉滋养细胞VCAM-1表达，正常妊娠组都存在阳性表达(阳性表达率100％)，妊高征组有10例阳性表达阳性表达率为叩们，差别有非常显著性河＜0.01L 中、重度妊高征组阳性表达率分别为37、50％和0，与正常妊娠组比较，差别有显著性河＜0.05）和非常显著性汀＜0.01太轻度妊高征组阳性表达率为83.33凡与正常妊娠组差别无显著性问＞0.05）。

公伯峡水电站右岸旋流内消能泄洪洞是国内第一个泄量达1000m／s、水头超过100m，即将修建的旋流式内消能泄洪洞，其方案的论证与试验研究以及建成后投入使用，将在国内外旋流式内消能泄洪洞设计、研究与工程应用中具有重要的意义，将有力的推动这一新的消能形式在工程中的应用，从而为解决高坝建设中泄水建筑物的高速水流问题与导流洞改建的技术与经济问题提供工程实例，对推动与发展水工水力学的研究与发展均具有重要的理论与实践意义。
