Given the present situation of art designing and the significance of hand drawing, this paper makes three suggestions to train students hand drawing ability: first, to clarify the relationship between hand drawing and computer designing with the stress on the former; second, to distinguish the effect of hand drawing and that of common drawing to cultivate students' esthetic ability; third, to define the relationship between hand drawing and thinking.

In accordance with one of four kinds of the application type for Augmented Reality development till now, it's that Tangible Augmented Reality integrates Non-store Vending Machine display panel design. We discussed the research of Tangible Augmented Reality which possibility of interface and operation interaction development in the application of Non-store vending machine. In this research, we stood on tangible principle and rule of design to process the instruction of Tangible Augmented Reality, and adopted the theory of User Graphics Interface to process the design of Graphic vision and interface, simulation and testing of the system, and evaluation of the interface by scale rule of Usability Engineering.

To explore how p110C participated in apoptosis, we used p110C as bait in yeast two-hybrid system screens of a human fetal liver cDNA library, and identified p21-activated kinase 1 (PAK1) as a partner of p110C. The interaction of PAK1 and p110C was specific because neither interaction between PAK1 and other PITSLRE kinases nor interaction between p110C and other Group Ⅰ PAKs (PAK2 and PAK3) was detected.

Chapter 6 "Natural Calamity and Human Disaster"analyzes and discusses the Plague of Constantinople in 542-543 and "Nika riot"in 532. In chapter 7 "Legend, Customs and Natural Phenomena", besides a scrutiny of Procopius'history criticism, I examine and sum up three kinds of digressions in this work. The last chapter "Military and Religion"inquires into the military organization , armies of the services, equipments, strategy and tactics, weapons of Byzantine empire. This chapter also probes into the attitude of Procopius on Christian, heresies and paganism; The epilogue is a conclusion of this dissertation, making a systematic exposition on Procopius'conception of history.
