The method has such advantages as easy operation, stable process and no pollution. The product, when used for fatting leather, can improve the quality, softness and toughness of leather, and can tightly bond with leather fibers. The bonded fatting agent does not transfer in leather, and has such advantages as rapid permeation and uniform distribution, thus can make leather soft and moist.

本发明操作简便，工艺稳定，无环境污染；用本发明制备的产品对皮革进行加脂，不仅能增加成革的丰满性、柔软性、柔韧性，而且能与皮革纤维结合牢固，结合的加脂剂在皮革中不易发生迁移，还具有渗透快，分布均匀等特性，可使皮革柔软、滋润、经久而不枯板。

According to landscape ecology, in accordance with the theory of urban planning, ecology and landscape, and based on qualitative and quantitative analysis, the paper firstly analyses landscape ecological construction indicators about green space such as landscape composition, landscape diversity index, landscape dominance index, landscape evenness index, landscape fragmentized degree, landscape corridor density, and public green plot area etc., and start the research of landscape ecological construction of green space system in Zhengzhou.

本文从景观生态学出发，结合城市规划、生态学、园林学等学科理论，采用定性分析与定量分析相结合方法，初次分析了郑州市绿地景观构成、绿地景观多样性指数、绿地景观优势度指数、绿地景观均匀度指数、绿地景观破碎度、绿地景观廊道密度及公共绿地斑块面积等景观生态建设指标，开启了郑州市绿地景观生态建设方面的研究工作。

With the Wuhan Pivotal Jiangan Mega Bridge of the He-Wu Railway as a practical example, the technique of expanded open cutting in combination with steel plate cofferdam for extra-deep foundation pits is presented in the paper, with the design of the steel plate inclosing structure theoretically analyzed to ensure the construction safety of the excavation of extra-deep foundation pits.

结合合武铁路武汉枢纽江岸特大桥实例，介绍扩大明挖与钢板桩围堰相结合的超深基坑开挖施工技术，并对钢板桩围护结构的设计进行理论分析，以确保超深基坑开挖施工安全，为类似工程提供有益借鉴。

The results showed as:(1)Gegen decreases fasting insulin and insulin resistance index and increases insulin sensitive index of rats of insulin resistance induced by dexamethasone significantly;(2)Gegen can improve glucose tolerance of rats of insulin resistance but not to alloxan indued diabetes mice;(3)Gegen increases glucose intake of 3T3-L1 adipocytes and improves the insulin resistance of 3T3-L1 adipocytes induced by dexamethasone significantly;(4)Gegen can activate peroxisome proliferator- activated receptor gamma, make it bind to PPAR response elements;(5)Gegen can up-regulate mRNA expression of PPAR v ,aP2 and adiponectin.

结果表明：①葛根显著降低地塞米松诱导的胰岛素抵抗大鼠血清胰岛素水平和胰岛素抵抗指数，升高胰岛素敏感指数，改善大鼠的胰岛素抵抗；②葛根显著改善胰岛素抵抗大鼠的糖耐量，但对四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠的糖耐量没有明显的作用；③葛根显著增加胰岛素抵抗3T3-L1脂肪细胞对葡萄糖的摄取，改善地塞米松诱导的3T3-L1脂肪细胞的胰岛素抵抗；④葛根能促进HepG2肝癌细胞过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ与靶基因的特异DNA序列结合，对PPARγ及其下游基因的转录具有激活作用；⑤葛根能够促进PPARγ及其下游基因脂肪酸结合蛋白(aP2)、脂联素mRNA的表达。
