Methods Eighty Class Ⅱ isogeneic F344 rats, weighing 250-350 g, were randomly divided into 2 groups(n=40). The control group adopted the Strome model. The allograft used for the experimental group preserved ascending pharyngeal artery, which formed a complex allograft together with tongue base, larynx and pharyngolarynx. End-to-end anastomosis was performed between both allograft common carotid arteries and anterior neck veins. The patency rate and survival rate of the allograft of the 2 groups were compared.

80只Ⅱ级近交系F344大白鼠，体质量250~350 g，随机分为2组，每组40只，共20对对照组采用Strome喉移植模型，实验组在切取供体喉时保留咽升动脉，将舌根、喉、喉咽作为复合移植体，供体大鼠双侧颈蓉动脉分别与受体大鼠颈总动脉、颈前静脉进行端端吻合重建移植喉血液循环，比较两组术后动静脉通畅率及移植喉存活率。

The main contents are as follows. By the experiments of two joints under low-reversed cyclic loading, the paper analyzes the failure pattern, energy dissipation, ductility and cracking in the joint cores, evaluates the seismic performances and anti-crack behaviors of the joints, and deduces the anti-crack formula of the subassemblage and prestressed frame joint. Through the finite element analysis software Ansys , the paper analyzes the specimens nonlinearly, and the theoretical analysis results are well consistent with those of the experiment.

And inferred the varying law of parameters in flowing , such as velocity distributing , pressure distributing and frictional force to subterrene drills distributing. It's in accord with the results of experiment entirely.

A practical charged membrane which prepared from the blends of sulphonated polyphenylene sulfide/poly can be considered as a 3D lattices. The experimental conductivity was related with a 3D simulation and the result showed the membrane has a transition from insulator to conductor at the ratio of charged components SPPS about 0.144. Obviously, this value falls in the range of a theoretical simulation for a 3D lattices.

The results showed:there were some differences in phase structure,composition and morphology for the films synthesized at different sulphurization temperatures and time;the films sulphurized at a temperature of 240 ℃ for 45 min were polycrystalline SnS films with orthorhombic structure.
