在前人的研究基础上，详细地总结了CO2分布与热流体活动在平面、纵向和时间上的对应特征，认为热流体活动与CO2分布的确存在一定的对应关系；同时，认为热流体可以促进CO2气源形成，可作为CO2气运移的载体，同时促进运移通道的扩大，也为CO2气运移提供能量，流体在上侵过程中与围岩发生反应，改造了CO2气储层，热流体在向上释放能量的过程中，造成上覆地层的拱起，形成圈闭，最终也可控制CO2气成藏。

It was seen that strain 6055 generated three kinds of dextransucrases whose molecular weights were 151 kDa,142kDa and 117kDa,respectively.Among them,the former two ones were found both in supematants and cell wall,while the later was only found in the fermentation liquor.Strain DM 1-2 synthesized two kinds of dextransucrases,and their molecular weights were 183kDa and 142kDa,respectively.The former existed both in cell wall and out of cell,but the later only was located on cell surface.Strain PC 13 produced three kinds of dextransucrases,and their molecular weights were 148kDa, 138kDa and 115kDa,respectively.The former two ones were ectoenzyme while the later was linked to cell.Resembled to strain 6055,strain L4 produced two types of dextransucrases coexisting in supernatants and cell wall with molecular weights of 145 kDa and 136kDa,respectively,but the dextransucrase of 115kDa was only found in free-cells supernatants.

结果显示，菌株6055可产生分子量分别为151kDa、142kDa和117kDa的三种葡聚糖蔗糖酶，其中前两者同时存在于上清液中和细胞表面，而后者只存在于上清液当中；菌株DM1-2可以产生两种葡聚糖蔗糖酶，分子量分别为183kDa和142kDa，前者同时存在于上清液中和细胞表面，而后者仅能存在于细胞表面；菌株PC13可以产生分子量分别为148 kDa、138 kDa和115kDa的三种葡聚糖蔗糖酶，前两者属于胞外酶，而后者与细胞相连；与菌株6055相似，菌株L4可以产生两种同时存在于上清液和细胞表面的葡聚糖蔗糖酶，分子量分别为145 kDa和136kDa，而分子量为115kDa的葡聚糖蔗糖酶只存在于上清液中。

The major results of this proposal are as follows:(1) ABA induces a rapid, substantial accumulation of apoplastic H2O2 in mesophyll and bundle sheath cells of maize leaves, and the accumulation of apoplastic H2O2 is involved in the induction of the chloroplastic and cytosolic antioxidant enzymes.(2) ABA-induced H2O2 production activates a 46 kDa MAPK, which in turn induces the expression of antioxidant genes and up-regulates the activities of antioxidant enzymes. The activation of MAPK also enhances H2O2 production, forming a positive amplification loop.(3) Water stress also induces the activation of a 46 kDa MAPK, which is dependent on the accumulation of ABA and H2O2 production induced by water stress and involved in the up-regulation of the expression and the activities of antioxidant enzymes.(4) ABA-induced H2O2 production mediates NO generation, which in turn activates a 46 kDa MAPK and results in the up-regulation in the expression and the activities of antioxidant enzymes in ABA signaling. NO-independent signaling is also involved in ABA- and H2O2-induced antioxidant defense.

本项目的主要研究结果如下：（1）ABA诱导的H2O2产生主要出现在叶肉细胞与维管束鞘细胞的质外体中，质外体H2O2的积累能够上调叶绿体与细胞溶质中抗氧化酶的活性；（2）ABA诱导的H2O2产生活化一个46kDa的MAPK，由此而导致编码抗氧化防护酶基因的表达与酶活性的上调；而MAPK的活化也能增强H2O2的产生，从而形成一个正的反馈调节环；（3）水分胁迫也能诱导一46kDa MAPK活化，这一MAPK活化依赖于水分胁迫诱导的ABA积累以及H2O2的产生，同时参与水分胁迫诱导的抗氧化防护基因的表达与抗氧化酶活性的上调；（4）ABA诱导一个依赖于H2O2的NO产生，NO活化一个46kDa的MAPK，从而导致抗氧化防护基因的表达以及抗氧化酶活性的上调；同时一个不依赖于NO的信号转导途径也存在于ABA诱导的抗氧化防护过程中。

FeSi nanoparticles were synthesized via thermal decomposition of iron pentacarbonyl in the solution of dioctyl ether, stabilizers oleic acid and oleylamine. The TEM images showed that FeSi nanoparticles had cubic shape, but it seemed that the composition was not uniform. According to the EDS results, the Fe:Si ratio of gray-uniform nanopaiticles was almost 1:1, and blacker FeSi nanoparticles contained more Fe atoms. Although FeSi didn't have uniform structure, it still could be proved that the incorporation of Fe and Si existed in a single nanoparticle. All possible structure, lattice, binding, morphology, surface condition would be discussed. These results indicated that perhaps FeSi2 was the main structure of the new products; however, due to incompletely combination and less synthesized time, it might still contain some part of Si and Fe structure. Besides, FeSi nanoparticles preserved the optical properties from Si atoms, but the PL intensity was much lower. The maxima PL peak appeared at 388 nm with the excitation at 300 nm. Their saturation magnetization, remanent magnetization and coercivity were measured by the SQUID, exhibiting their nearly superparamagnetic behavior.

利用热裂解系统可成功将研磨矽奈米粒子及五羰铁结合，制备出铁矽奈米粒子；从穿透式显微镜照片可知其粒子呈现立方体型态，但颜色深浅及组成不均，EDS结果则显示颜色均匀之粒子铁与矽之组成大致为1：1，颜色较深之粒子则含有较高量的铁元素；尽管组成比例并不统一，但单颗粒子同时含有矽与铁两种元素，初步说明铁矽奈米粒子之形成；进行多种结构与表面分析并探讨所有可能之键结、结构及表面元素后，推测铁矽奈米粒子可能以FeSi2之结构形成，并同时包含未重组完成的矽及铁之结构；利用PL分析得知铁矽奈米粒子确实保留矽之放光特性，并在300 nm激发光源下，於波长388 nm处有一最强放光特性峰，但整体发光效益不及研磨矽奈米粒子之结果；最后，利用超导量子干涉磁化仪量测其饱和磁化量、残留磁化量、与矫顽磁力，发现磁滞现象并不明显而几乎呈超顺磁性。

Objective To investigate the safety and compare the outcome with or without interdicting blood of cesarean with uterus myoma removaling at same time.Methods Retrospective analysis of 117 cases of cesarean with uterus myoma removaling under interdicting blood from 2003 to 2004 and 56 cases without interdicting blood from 1992 to 1994 in Beijing Maternity Hospital for comparison in inhospital days、average bleeding、hemoglobin descending、postoperative morbidity.And 110 cases of simple intraperitoneal cesarean from 2003 to 2004;And comparing uterus myoma in different places and sizes.

目的 探讨剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术的安全性及阻断血管与非阻断血管手术的比较方法回顾性分析2003～2004年两年间北京妇产医院腹壁横切口腹膜内剖宫产同时采取子宫血管阻断止血法行子宫肌瘤剔除术117例，与1992～1994年我院行剖宫产同时子宫肌瘤剔除术26例比较平均出血量、血红蛋白下降、住院天、术后病率情况（肌瘤直径≥5cm）；同时与2003～2004年单纯腹膜内剖宫产110例，比较平均出血量、血红蛋白下降、住院天数、术后病率情况；并对不同部位、不同小的子宫肌瘤剔除进行比较。

In the course of my work,I have become familiar with the various knowledge about furniture,in charge of sample date sheet、sample review for mass production when factory get product orders, and follow up sample schedule for customer review in Shingmark factoryand Glory oceanic factory, at the same time, I have also a big progress on my English per hard study, including writing much of the correspondence.

具体的程序为：样品制作之前与厂家探讨，对客人的图纸进行核查与合理的修改，并让客人再次确认后才能生效；制作过程中，监督厂家必须按照客人产品的标准要求制作样品，同时配合厂家的需求取得与客人的沟通，把样品做到最好，最完美；客人检讨样品后进行资料的制作与整理，确保工厂不遗漏地按照客人的要求进行修改，其中包括Date sheet， sample review等资料的制作，为产品以后大批量的生产制作过程提供详细的样品数据及制作依据，让产品顺利出货提供有力的保障。以此同时，在与客人大量的英文书信沟通和样品探讨交流的过程中，英文有了很大的改善，尤其是对家具专业术语的熟悉程度有了很大的提高。

One conclusion of the research is that the use of both ISAE3000 and AA1000AS 2008 can provide more complete requirements and guidance, best conclusions that can fulfill the need of the users of sustainability reports. Another is that assurance practitioners, the enactors of national assurance standards have to use and refer both ISAE3000 and AA1000AS 2008.

本研究获得的结论是同时采用ISAE3000与AA1000AS 2008执行为了永续报告核证的核证参与可以提供核证执业者更完整的实施核证的要求与引导、获得最好的核证结果、使核证执业者提供更能满足报告组织与报告组织的利害关系人的需求的核证结论，所以核证执业者与国家的核证标准的制定者应该同时使用或参考ISAE3000与AA1000AS 2008。
