In the temperature sensing, the theory of fiber Bragg grating temperature sensing has first been proposed, the characteristic of the FBG temperature sensing was analyzed, it was deduced that the sensitivity coefficients of first-order and second-order ,and experimental findings was protracted, the gained polynomial better inosculate with the theory value. The experiment was processed in the low temperature , the thermo-optic coefficient was emended in the polynomial of the normal temperature ,the result was accorded with the sensing character of the normal and low temperature ,and it was resolved that the theory account of the normal and low temperature did not accord with the experiment.

在温度传感方面，主要从光纤布拉格光栅的温度传感模式出发，对光纤布拉格光栅的温度传感特性进行了分析，推导出了光纤光栅的一阶与二阶温度灵敏度系数，并对实验数据进行了拟和，所得多项式和理论值吻合的很好，并对低温传感进行了实验，将在常温下得出的多项式进行了热光系数的修正，所得的结果同时符合常温与低温的传感特性，解决了低温与常温情况下的理论计算与实验的不一致性。

Mn-complexes in which Mn atom ligand with the N atom within ligand can stimulate the recovery of electron transfer and oxygen evolution. The trinuclear Mn-complex is extremely sensitive to the addition of CaCl2. It is suggested that there is an interaction between Ca2 and carboxyl within the trinuclear Mn-complex during photoactivation and this interaction benefits the ligation of Mn atom to the apo-WOC and form an active WOC. Binuclear MnMn complex shows slightly higher efficiency than binuclear MnMn complex in restoration of O2 evolution activity. It is suggested from our results that recovery of electron transport and O2 evolution with synthetic Mn-complexes is affected by different factors. Cl- can stimulate the reconstitution of WOC at the concentration of over 100mM;the maximal recovery of O2 evolution activity requires the presence of CaCl2 and 33 kDa protein polypeptide together. Bicarbonate can stimulate the reconstitution of WOC.

Environment radon is mainly from rock and soil in geological environment, but the research is not connected with geological environment now. On the basis of physical field, the theoretical distribution model of radon in soil and exchange model of earth—air are set up by using Fick diffusion law and Dacy law, and then the research of environment radon is linked with geological environment. This paper described how the evry parameter of the theoretical model influence the radon concentration in air. The results of research indicat that molecule diffusion of radon is different from it's eddy form. Under the condition of surface radon source, the model experiment is used to study the transportation and distribution of radon in medium. The data of experiment show the relationship between radon and depth can be described by exponent. If the radioelement is well—distributtion, the concentration of radon in different depth or in different point at the same depth change with time, but the accumulated exhalation amount of radon at different point on the surface of model are close in relative long time. The author studied the exchange of radon between mediums and verified the theoretical models too.

The estimation results show that the deferred income expense has positive relationship with earnings management, indicating that the more changes in earnings, the more possibilities that enterprise may decorate the earning level by using deferredincome tax. Additionally, the empirical result also shows that the instrument of earnings management for an enterprise usually focuses on the adjustment of recognition timing from the income and expense of the enterprise rather than the deferred income tax valuation allowances due to the temporary differences between GAAP and tax law, which is consistent with the previous studies.

实证结果发现，递延所得税费用与企业盈余管之为有显著的正向关系，表示企业盈余变动额愈大，愈可能使用递延所得税费用修饰盈余水准；实证结果同时也显示，企业真正用作为盈余管工具的部分是会计与税法规定之宽松程同而产生之暂时性差，主要从企业收入与费用认之时间点上加以调整，而非由递延所得税资产之备抵评价科目著手，此一结果则与先前之文献符合。
