The four different ERH/EMC models including the Henderson, Chung-Pfost, modified Halsey and Oswin equations were respectively used to investigate the fitting agreement of the measured data. Based on the comparison of the residual distributions, the coefficient of determination R2 values, the residual sum of squares SSE values, and the mean relative percentage deviation P values obtained from the regression analysis of six temperatures 20、30、35、40、50 and 60 ℃ tests, the Oswin model with two parameters and the modified Oswin model with three parameters all had the equivalent representative to the prediction of ERH/EMC values for the samples of lemon balm, and was also the best predicting models for the desorption isotherms of lemon balm.
试验时分别以四种平衡含水率模式,即Henderson、Chung-Pfost、修正Halsey与Oswin方程式,经由量测数据适称性之探讨,综合回归分析之残差图及决定系数R2值、残差平方和SSE值与平均相对偏差百分比P值比较后,获致在六个温阶20、30、35、40、50与60 ℃下,Oswin二参数模式与修正Oswin三参数模式皆具有相等的之平衡含水率与平衡相对湿度之适用代表性,可作为香蜂草去湿平衡含水率之最佳预测模式。

Objective To explore the clinical value of the titer of serum HP antibody in patients with gastric diseases.Methods Serous HP antibody was detected with ELISA and HP was cultured,tested with urase,and stained with Gram method on smears which was observed microscopically and compared with proteus protein-enveloped test.Results ELISA showed high sensitivity and specificity.Conclusion Serous ELISA detection of HP antibody can be used widely in clinical diagnosis and epidemical screening without endoscopy and biopsy.

Pneumoniae FH strain was cloned and the sequence was analysed by M13 DNA sequencing method. Comparing the PCR product sequcence with MP M-129 strain P1 gene, we found that there are 4 bases different. This may result from the different MP DNA templates. The maximum homology is 98.8%. The result confirmed the fidelity and specificity of the amplified target DNA segment by PCP, and suggested that two categories of MP P1 gene still exist a few differences even in the conservation region. The cloning MP DNA segment was labelled by random hexanucleotide priming, after hybridization, the probe detection was completed using an anti-digoxigenin antibody alkaline phosphatase conjugate, and the substrates 5-bromo-4-chloro-3-indolyl phosphate and nitro blue tetrazolium. This hybridization system is much superior to the radioactive probe hybridization, because it is safe, easy to handle and has no limitation of decay time. The time required for colormetic detection is also much less than the corresponding autoradiographic exposure time needed to achieve similar detection limits with 32P-labelled probes. The Dig-probes could be used repeatedly, and this made them not only much convenient to use, but also lower the cost, and worthwhile to be used popularly.

The following main results are obtained: The TiO_2 photocatalyst with small crystallite size, high surface area, narrow and uniform pore size distribution, and microporous frameworks could be prepared out by applying MW radiation in the preparation process. The microwave-induced fluorescence technique verified for the first time that microwave enhanced the formation rate of hydroxyl radical, leading to the increase in the photocatalytic efficiency. Compared with the conventional catalyst, TiO_2 prepared by MW dielectric heating owns a higher UV absorption ability, and its optical absorption edge and photovoltaic response are shifted toward the short wavelength region, resulting in increase of photooxidation efficiency. The photocatalytic conversion and the mineralization ratio of acetaldehyde are increased respectively by 30% and 40% over the TiO2 prepared by MW radiation when compared to the TiO2 prepared by the conventional heating. For the MW-assisted photocatalytic reaction over the MW-prepared TiO2, production of hydroxyl radicals is enhanced by 22.5%, and the photocatalytic conversion is accordingly increased by 20%. Similarlly, applying MW also increased the photocatalytic conversion and the mineralization ratio of acetaldehyde over TiO2/Al2O3 sample.
