不腐蚀

Through analysis of the components of coking on different parts of desullfur system of single tower and the waste water containing sulfur , we find the cause of coking in the stripping desulur system from single tower is the polymerization reaction of carbohydrate and the separattion of varied solid powders, organic compounds, and all corrosive productions of metal out of waste water in high temperature, therefore,the solving method is how to decrease the oil content ,how to depolymerize form the carbohydrate and how to antisepticize by vapour of waste water.

对单塔脱硫系统中不同部位的垢物及现场催化含硫污水进行了分析测定，结果表明：塔内污垢成分及含量随塔体部位的不同而不尽相同，单塔汽提脱硫系统中垢物的形成，主要是由于污水中所含各类粉尘、有机物、金属腐蚀物等在高温下因石油碳氢化合物的析出及其单体的聚合反应所致。如何降低污水中的含油成分、减少聚合反应的生成、防止污水蒸气对塔体材料的腐蚀，是阻垢、除垢和防垢应解决的关键问题。

The prepared microemulsion diesel oil have favourable cold endurance which is better than 0(superscript #) diesel oil. It can be held for 205~424 days in ambient temperature. And the cautery is 1A which doesn't cauterize the diesel.

结果表明，制备出的柴油微乳液具有较低的运动粘度，比0柴油具有更优异的耐低温性能；室温稳定时间为205~424d；各样品的腐蚀度均为1A级，不会对内燃机造成腐蚀。

The stress corrosion cracking experiments were conducted using SUS 304 L stainless steel WOL samples in 3.0% NaOH solution by mass fraction at 280℃in order to study the anti-stress corrosion performance of PD-201 hydrogenator made of SUS 304 L stainless steel of purified terephthalic acidplant during alkaline washing without stopping production.

通过用SUS304L不锈钢制作的楔形张开加载预裂纹试样，在280℃、质量分数为3.0%的NaOH溶液的条件下进行应力腐蚀试验，以模拟对苯二甲酸装置的加氢反应器PD-201不停车碱洗工作过程中SUS304L不锈钢在该介质环境下的抗应力腐蚀性能。

The resul ts indicated:(1) When micrococcus existed,carbon steel corrosion was accelerated by a loose and heterogeneous biofilm formed on its surfaces;(2)Rpo an d Cc values were close after two days and four days immersion respectively in solutions with micrococcus,which indicated that the metabolization of bacteria became sta ble,and the biofilms under two conditions were tend to be ripe and accordant;(3) The equivalent circuits for situations without or with bacteria were proposed respectively,and the parameters in circuits were also calculated;and (4) Corrosi on reaction impedance with micrococcus showed dispersion effect.

结果表明：（1）小球菌存在时试样表面上所形成的疏松、不均匀的生物膜加速了碳钢的腐蚀过程；（2）有菌存在时暴露2 d、4 d的Rpo值和C c值较为接近，表明细菌的生长代谢过程渐趋于稳定，两种暴露条件下所形成的生物膜趋向于成熟一致；（3）分别提出了有菌和无菌条件下EIS的等效电路，并计算了相应的等效元件参数；（4）小球菌影响下腐蚀反应的阻抗行为存在弥散效应。

The figure of silicon tips etched in this novel etching solution is rocket tips on right rectangular pyramid rather than unsymmetrical eight sided pyramid etched in other etching solution.

更为重要的是该腐蚀液腐蚀的硅尖异于常规的不对称八棱锥，而是一种半锥角很小的"火箭尖"形状，因此可望获得更好的扫描特性和隧道效应。

The results show that the samples exposed to the air previously for 24 h can be passivated automatically in acetic acid solution with Cl- with the corrosion potential remaining 100mV.No such phenomenon was observed for samples which were cathodically polarized with the corrosion potential stabilizing at a value of -242±3mv. The passive film formed by anodically polarizing is more proof than formed in the air.

研究还发现：在空气中放置24小时后的试样在Cl-醋酸溶液中能自钝化，自腐蚀电位为100mv；经阴极极化后的试样在Cl-醋酸溶液中不能自钝化，其自腐蚀电位为-242±3mv；经阳极极化形成的钝化膜比在空气中自然形成的钝化膜更致密。

The result shows that there are not rich Nd phase and crystal-bound on the surface of rusted sintered NdFeB magnet after several minutes in the tap water. When dipped for an hour in the tap water, there are rubiginous spots, and after an hour, there are rubiginous holes.

结果发现，在自来水中浸泡数秒钟，样品表面的腐蚀就非常剧烈，金相照片中已经看不到富Nd像的存在，晶界亦不明显；时间延长至1h，样品表面会出现一定的锈斑；浸泡1d以上时，样品表面还会出现腐蚀坑。

In addition to these etch pits,it is also found that there is another kind of etch pit for both Schaake and Chen etchants,but neither of them threads the HgCdTe epilayer.
