The formation of martensite is accomplished by the immigration of well-defined glissile interface (121)fcc type and its misfit dislocations can produce the lattice invariant deformation on the basis of phenomenal theory of martensitic crystallography, however, LID is retarded slightly after the migration of interphase (121)fcc, i.e.a thin plate-like zone exists without LID in martensite near the well-defined interface. When the temperature reduces to the Ms point, the lattice parameter of austenite matrix is √3/2 times that of the martensite without LID. This critical condition for spontaneous transformation agrees with that the stack fault energy in matrix is less than zero according to Olson and Cohen's nucleation model.

Analysis of the obtained genome amplification showed that DNA after PCR presented obvious polymorphism, and the results were the same using the same primer to amplify the larva and imago of the same species. It indicates that RAPD technique can be applied to the identification of dry samples and dipped larva sample of longicorn beetles as well as the research of phylogeny. These three methods for extracting genome DNA from different species of longicorn beetles at different preserved time are feasible.

The results showed that the bacteria B7 came into the logarithmic growth phase for 5 h culture. Both the fermentation liquid and its filtration could inhibit C. colhounii effectively, and the fermentation of dilution l0 times also showed significant differences compared with the control. The inhibiting effect of its fermentation media filtration was even more significant in the optimizing test, with the maximal inhibition rate of 100%. The best fermentation condition was 0.5% glucose, 0.1% ammonium muriate, without extra mineral, pH 5.4, temperature 28℃. Based on the morphological properties and 16S rRNA sequence, the bacterium B7 was identified as the Bacillus subtilis.

The ordering parameters of GaInP are deduced from the polarization dependence {E||[110] and E||[1 0]} of the PR signals from the emitter regions. The ordering related piezoelectric fields are found to influence the electric field, as evaluated from the observed Franz-Keldysh oscillations, in the GaInP region. According to the experimental data of the as-grown GaInP/GaAs/GaAs samples, we find that for the same emitter doping level the emitter field in the more ordered materials is smaller than in the less ordered sample.

So, the aromaticity of acenaphthenyl groups in C_2 gum should be the least. In order to explain the reason, quantum chemical calculation is utilized. The optimized geometrical structrures of condensed aromatics in C_1 gum, C_2 gum and C_3 gum are calculated at B3LYP/6-31G* levels. We find that some phenyl groups in acenaphthenyl groups are coplanar and have the largest conjugated structure.
